Quiet local area, beautiful pool, delicious calming breakfast, great staff (thank you Kim!) and mostly, fantastic room! Clean, spacious, well made, cozy. Felt like home and god knows it’s hard to do when you travel for a long time sometimes. We are beyond grateful.

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is located in a quiet street approximately ten minutes walk away from the centre of Hoi An a brilliant location. The staff were all absolutely amazing .The reception staff helped us with sorting out trips, bus tickets and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is amazing so much choice and so plentiful. Pool was lovely all round fantastic break. Also check out Remy tailoring on site they made jackets and shirts for us and we received them within 36 hours fitting perfectly. The lady also shipped them for us brilliant.

The hotel was stunning, I didn’t have high expectations because of the very affordable price but it blow my expectations. The pool is stunning, very nice to just lay there in our down time. We had a message at the hotel spa and it was incredible. I would go as far to say this was the best massage I’ve had in Vietnam. The hotel room was very clean and there was room service daily. Our room didn’t have any windows but I knew that when booking our room. I would stay here again if visiting HoiAn in the future.

The wifi did cut in and out a bit, especially when having breakfast in the restaurant.

The Hotel was just the right size for a peaceful break with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.The staff are exceptionally friendly, competent and professional. The food, coffee and drinks are delicious and served with a smile. The amenities included room air-conditioning, beautiful relaxing pool area, covered verandah areas for reading / relaxing and a special mention of the great team at Tea Tree Spa, Luna Tailors and the evening Pizza Restaurant. It is all easily accessible and at very reasonable prices. The location is just out of the Old Town area and is perfect for walking around this beautiful place. Our airport transfers were arranged without any fuss or expensive pricing. This was a quality, affordable and convenient location which we highly recommend. We will be back.

We were welcomed so beautifully on our first day! The staff were so kind and friendly throughout the entirety of our stay! We wanted to book tickets for the memory show and the lady at the front desk was happy to assist! She booked our tickets and within moments we got our tickets! She also provided great advice on how to get there! The food was outstanding and was made for everyone! From non-vegetarian to vegetarian options the food was delicious! The owners are a fabulous Italian couples and consider the residents as family rather than guests! They were so kind and welcoming! If you get a chance to stay here check out their spa!!! Hung is such an amazing individual who provides the most comfortable service!! Her magical hands made my morning! Doing a shampoo and facial through her was the most relaxing time spent in Hoi An!

EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING! Can not think of something that we disliked!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! So glad we stayed 6 nights and would not hesitate to return here. Perfect location! All of the staff are friendly andhelpful -- always smiling! Our room(suite with balcony) was quiet, very clean, spacious & the aircon worked extremely well! The bed was more comfy than my own back home!! The hot water was hot! We were spoilt with daily housekeeping! The pool is meticulously clean and sets the vibe for a wonderfully relaxing holiday There is a breakfast buffet with a variety of fruit that was fresh and delicious! We had omelettes cooked to our request each day, but the banana pancakes were my favourite Drinks at the bar in the evening looking out over the street was very relaxing too! Well situated to walk everywhere! the river to the old town/ markets Felt very safe day & night, exploring laneways and finding so many places to visit and eat! On the same road are very well priced places to eat, plus an art coffee shop with a barista who makes exceptional coffee! Beauty spas are in abundance! We could have, but chose not to, use taxis because everything is so close so we walked! NB.The hotel & rooms looks the same as the booking.com website advertises👌🏾

Leaving ... could have stayed longer to read a book completely by the pool but theres so much to do in Hoi An! Get to breakfast early as the baymaries food is warm but not always hot

The staff was extremely professional, welcoming and helpful The location is great!! Walking distance to everything Hoi An has to offer The pool area is very inviting, a great place to relax and cool off after the hustle of the city. The breakfast buffet had so much variety, fresh fruit, homemade pastries, the selection of hot buffet offers changed daily, and of course one could enjoy the made to order omelette and pancakes Room was super comfortable Great ambience Such a great pretty hotel!

Great location, close to old town, but a bit quieter. Large room with king size bed, which is on the harder side of comfortable, but each to their own. Good choice of fruits, cereal, breads and pastries, and hot food (including eggs cooked the way you like) at the buffet breakfast, though only had the standard 'stewed' pot of coffee (I guess they cater more to the American taste) and not an espresso machine, for the Aussies, Kiwis, Brits and Europeans. Staff are very friendly. They have an onsite spa (for massages etc.) and tailor. Though suggest you shop around first before deciding, as there are literally hundreds of tailors and massage places in Hoi An. Decent size pool on ground floor.

Hard bed and a bit too much upselling

I LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, the pool is great and my room was MASSIVE ! I could not believe the size of the room and the big balcony ! The hotel is clean, it’s bright with a great reception area to sit in if necessary. Breakfast was good. Great selection for all tastes including plenty options for western travellers. All the staff were amazing. From the reception team the porters and housekeeping. All so friendly and so very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. I loved it !

The only thing would be is can the management please get the breakfast porter a new trolley. The metal one he has makes a huge noise during breakfast while the poor lad is trying to do his job and it has seen better days.
