This villa was amazing!! They greet you with a smile and a welcome snack. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds I've slept on since I've been in Vietnam. The pictures in the booking site matched exactly with what you get and that NEVER usually happens. I was blown away by how calm and relaxing my stay was. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and even assist in arranging transport to and from the Villa and to any place your interested in visiting. I wish I had stayed in Hoi An longer. The pictures in this review were taken by me and you can see the pictures I took look exactly like the ones by the property. No exaggeration.

Everything was GREAT!

We loved our stay in Hoi an four seasons. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a fresh juice and fruit and the most helpful and lovely host to give us lots of information and guidance. Our room was clean and big with a nice view over the pool. The pool was beautiful and big. We didn’t have the buffet breakfast in our room price but other guests did and it seemed nice. I would recommend going in summer if you would like to see the rice paddies fields as it was all mud when we went!

Slightly far from the town but they provide bicycles which is included in the room rate so just a 10 minute cycle into town. The chickens / other animals around the hotel were very noisy but wasn’t a deal breaker, just slightly annoying in the morning.

The family is just the nicest and most helpful and I was greeted as part of the family. I was invited to join a family lunch celebration for tet which was fantastic and was send off with hugs and waves after staying for 3 nights. Facilities were amazing as well, the pool really nice and breakfast was so good. Location is awesome at the edge of the ricefields in which you can hear all the wildlife at night. The walk to the old town is nice and easily done also at night time. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, I will definitely come back! :)

We loved our stay here so much! It was quiet and relaxing and the pool is gorgeous! Breakfast was so generous and delicious and they also brought us a fresh fruit plate and fresh Passionfruit juice. We had free bicycles and scooters available to hire. The location is perfectly located between Hoi An Old Quarter and A Ban Beach. You can take your bicycle or scooter through the paths in the rice fields and see ducks, bison and giant kites! Have recommend to friends who stayed here and they enjoyed their stay also!

This is a little gem of a hotel. The owner was so welcoming and helpful, it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable and plenty of room for our belongings. The outlook from the pool was lovely.

The room smelt a little musty. This is no fault of the hotel but there were quite a few local government announcements on a nearby public tannoy which went on for a couple of hours sometimes, which were really irritating. The owner explained that there were more at the end of the year (December) as they are announcing end of year economic results etc.

It's a wonderful place from all perspectives: location, staff, facilities, cleanness, and you get free bikes to go pretty much everywhere, so we had a wonderful experience. We liked the staff, the breakfast, the views over the rice fields. Went for a run in the rice fields, very good experience. It's within minutes from Hoi An center, but far enough to not be bothered by tourists. It's very close to two gyms, which is also a bonus.

The room we booked didn't have a desk but they brought one in the first day, so all sorted with that one. Also roosters start singing daily around 4am, so if you're sensitive you should get earplugs (didn't bother me that much).

We slept in the King Room with Garden View on the top floor and the view over the rice fields was just unreal! Just sitting in our room or the balcony enjoying the view felt like an experience in itself. We stayed here for a week and watched the fields change as they were being prepared for planting. The room felt so calm and peaceful, which was very welcome after spending our days in busy Hoi An.

The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. From other reviews, I was worried about the noise from chickens and geese next door as I’m a light sleeper and while you did hear them from the room as well as other creatures rustling on the roof, it wasn’t loud enough to disturb me when sleeping with earplugs. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre, so it’s about a 5-10 minute cycle to get there. Just something to be aware of accessibility wise, as we had difficulty getting a grab car at multiple occasions so we mostly cycled everywhere.

This place is fantastic. Slightly out of the main hussle which is perfect only a short bike ride or walk into main town via the locals areas . The hosts are amazing. The pictures are not nearly as great as real life. It’s so quiet on the rice paddies I tried to stay longer than the two nights unfortunately it was booked out. This place is heavenly the ultimate relaxation zone and close enough to get into town. Everything is super clean the bathrooms are lovely the beds are great it’s really small and quiet I will defiantly go back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hoi an . Also the gardens are very beautiful therefore lovely to lay poolside in peace

This is a hidden treasure. It is quiet with big rooms and a big beautiful pool. It is about 25 mins walk from old town (hence the space for a big pool) and only Au$2.50 car ride. It overlooks a rice paddy and is so relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to get me to an English speaking doctor when I got an ear infection from a snorkeling trip. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff are amazing, clean and cared for hotel. Lovely little pool, amazing breakfast. Great location, 20 min walk to the old town or 5 min cab ride. Cabs are super cheap. Comfy bed and pillows but there are chickens next door so take earplugs for sleeping 🤣
