The owner was nice especially the lady.

But honestly this place needs an upgrade. Everything is old. Kinda unorganized on the ground floor. The room was very basic and their walls are moldy. It looks like it should cost 200k in Da Nang. But it is near Hoi An ancient town so I guess that’s the price. Free bikes from the hotel.

Nice location and comfortable stay

The owner of the property is so nice and suggested some really nice things to do while we were in Hoi Ann. We were in room 302 which is the top floor and has access to a small balcony which was shared between the other rooms on that floor. The room has a comfy double bed with good pillows which allowed for a comfy sleep. When we went to Hoi Ann it was 37 degrees so very very hot so the aircon was not the best, but it did cool the room down by the evening which was good. There was large shower room which could so like a little fixing but overall you get what you paid for (£9 a night). The owner also arrange a taxi for us to the airport which was 300 DNG which is very reasonably priced to Da Nang airport. We did not go into the pool but it looked great.

Overall there is not much I would change about the property other than the aircon. Also it was around a 15 min walk to the old quarter so consider this when booking.

Canadian tourist here. Lovely and budget conscious spot. Just a short bike ride away from multiple world heritage sites. THEY KNOW AN EXCELLENT TAILOR. Your choices for tailors will be overwhelming. Go to their cousin at blue gecko, ive compared prices and she cant be beat. We went to the golden gate bridge, and we arranged our car through them, and again excellent value. The car waited for us while we toured, driver took us all the way to the gate, and all for the price of a grab. The rooms here were great. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly owners, with lots of tips and advice. Just ask! Try the coffee spot breakfast joint next door. It was another 5 star experience.

Super lieve hosts, een gezin dat zelf op de begane grond woont. Je hebt het hotelgevoel maar ook alsof je bij ze thuis bent! Ze hebben ons veel goeie tips gegeven; de zus van de host is kledingmaakster (Blue Gecko) en hier hebben wij ook pakken op maat laten maken. Ook hebben we via unity Villa een kookcursus+boottochtje gedaan, zeker aan te raden! Ze hebben ook fietsjes waar je mee naar het strand kan fietsen. Super lieve mensen en super locatie! Lovely manager who was so helpful, he let us come downstairs to make noodles in the kitchen area. Bed was really comfy! Had a fridge in the room to keep our water cold, shower was powerful and room was clean! Also really good value for money! We even stayed an extra night!

Very big rooms in a convenient location only a 10/15 minute walk from the Old Town. Owner is helpful at booking tours and even has a tailoring business to help you make your own clothes.

The towels provided were very below basic as well as the shampoo and body wash. This being said, if you come with your own towel it’s no problem.

The family are so welcoming and kind. We were invited to join the family for a big meal on arrival, and it was amazing!! The room was spacious, clean and comfy! Very helpful also and good location :)

The water pressure in the sink was very weak, also at one point the water was coming out brown... I would double check the amenities listed as there is a lot on there like hot tub etc that aren't in the room or accomodation! Very damp bed

Comfortable bed, good sized room, good AC, nice bathroom.

Laundry service was a bit expensive (50k per kg when local providers are half that) and the pool was far too dirty to be used.

The room Is big and comfortable.

They make you take your shoes off but the floor was not clean. The owner of the property several times entered to my room because I had the door open to have some fresh Air to tell me to close the door because of the mosquitos and that made me really uncomfortable.
