This hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so it is really convenient for visiting he city. They also have bikes available for free which was great and the staff are really lovely and so helpful. Our bedroom was really spacious and beautifully decorated.

For us personally, being on the night market was a bit hectic so you have to enjoy the hustle and bustle. The sound insulation from bedroom to bedroom isn’t great.

Our stay is just perfect. Thanks Hoianan for the great stay. The property is accessible to all. Outside the hotel is the night market already and you cannot hear the noise at all even tho our room is just just across the street. We just walk around on our way to the old town and the Lune center where we watched the cultural show. The staff are all so nice and sweet too. Kudos also to the very polite and nice security guard who always assist us and greets us with a smile. We also appreciate that they prepared us breakfast before we checked out at 5am. We really felt loved. Thank you for this. Great room.

The property is perfectly located, at the night market, with many bars and restaurants around and a 5min walk from the river. We had a room with a balcony. Room was very spacious, bed and bedding was very comfortable. Tv had Netflix. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The one who received us was very nice and explained everything around on a little map while giving us some hot tea. The pool was too cold for this time of year so we did not try that.

The shower was never hot in 3 days and other people we asked at the hotel had the same complaint. It is not cold but tepid warm at best. The balcony room can be loud for some since the night market is right under the balcony till 11pm. The worst part though was the government public loudspeaker that is installed right in front of the hotel (in photos). From 7am to 11am on a Tuesday we listened to a voice say things non-stop and sometimes a female would sing songs. Apparently if we understood correctly it is the news for those at work or for those who have no tv. It didn’t happen the morning prior. It was so loud that it shook us awake. Due to this we would not stay again unfortunately.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, bed and pillow were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but acceptable. We could also order vietnamese noodles and fried eggs as well. The noodles were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, gave us extra info about where to eat. The hotel is a short walk to the ancient town, so location wise, it was very good. Initially, I was worried about noise as the hotel was situated where the night market was and our room was on the 2nd floor facing the road. But by 11pm, the vendors were done dismantling their stalls, there was some noise but it wasn't bad at all. I slept well the 2 nights we were there. As the road is off limits to vehicles during the night market hours, do plan to arrive not later than 4pm to access the hotel easily especially if you have young children or lots of luggage.

In the period from making our booking in June and up to our arrival in October the communication from the hotel about our reservation was timely, helpful and accurate. The check-in process was friendly and efficient and easily up to the standard of top hotels we have stayed in many other countries. The hotel has character and the room was clean, well appointed and comfortable with a balcony and a good view of the lively nighttime street market. The bed was firm and very comfortable and the air-conditioner was quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well, the shower had good water pressure and was very welcome after a long hot day. We encountered a serious problem, which was absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, but the reception team were amazing in their dedication to help us to deal with it. We will always remember them and thank them for that. The breakfast buffet gave a wide selection of choices to cater for different tastes and the fresh omelettes were spot on to get the day under way. The security staff were helpful, smiling and friendly. There is a pool at the hotel which looked inviting but we didn’t use it so cannot really comment. Overall the hotel is ideally situated in the old part of Hoi An, within easy walking distance of the attractions and multiple excellent coffee shops. If we ever go back to Hoi An we will certainly stay there again and we will highly recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at Hoi An Boutique Hotel was amazing. Everything was top quality, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was already going to get a 10/10 for this review... but then...dopey me, left our passports behind in the room safe, and did not realise it until we arrived in Hue 5 hours later. We quickly contacted them freaking out of course. No problems, they say. 'We'll organise a driver straight away and get them to you tonight'. How amazing is this..it's like a 5 to 6 hour round trip! And not only that...they are doing this amazing service...FOR NO CHARGE!!! Oh my. Simply stunning customer services. Back to normal review now...perfect location, great ambience, excellent renovations done at some point, totally comfy and clean, buffet breakfast was something to look forward to each morning...varied, fresh and yummy and the staff were just superb. Special shout out to Anhh...she was a delight with special advice and recommendations each morning. We absolutely recommend this great little hotel.

Location was great, within 5-8mins walk to the bustling area of old town. From 4-10pm, night market stalls set up right in front of the hotel which is extra convenient. Staff at front desk were eager to help whenever required and was not overly pushy. I read that many hotels in vietnam would be pushy in upselling their tour packages but I really appreciated the staff being respectful and not further pursuing upon saying no.

We stayed for one night and I really liked the hotel! It was located right smack in the touristy area, but even so, our area was not noisy. The bed was comfortable, and having a balcony was really nice, even though we didn’t utilise it much during the day as it was really hot! Speaking of which, the aircon was a lifesaver. The shower area was clean and the hotel also provided amenities like slippers, toothbrush sets, shower gel and shampoo. There was even buffet breakfast provided in the price! I enjoyed it. The hotel has good rates for tours so do check in with them! We bought tickets to the Hoi A Memories show online but the hotel staff told us we can book via them at a discount! All in all, a good stay!
