WOW! 🤩 we absolutely loved our stay at La Charm, and we’re even considering extending our stay because of how wonderful it is. Starting with the team - Ms Thao especially, as well as Mr Thien and Mr Dang, for their outstanding service and support. The facilities are also top notch - the hotel is modern, while keeping Hoi Ans charm, the pool and spa are also great. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good selection, and good mix of different cuisines. The staff were also very helpful in helping us book tours and plan our stay. just WOW!

Minor detail to take note of is that it is a short walk away from Hoi An centre. For us this was a plus, but other travelers may wish to be more centrally located.

The staff are friendly and they work really hard to make sure that the hotel guests will have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Prior to the booking dates, they will check and confirm any special requests for the room. The room is also very spacious (bathroom and bedroom). The bed is very comfortable. There is also a wide selection of salads, bread and pastries, asian dishes, and fruits for breakfast. The pool area is a great place to lounge at with lots of comfy and wide sun beds. There are also lots of free bicycles in good condition that you can use to go around the town. Overall, we had a lovely stay! :)

The AC is fine during the morning and night time, but hopefully it can be cooler during noontime.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Very nice spa with high quality massage. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, and you could see how dedicated staff were to make sure all the breakfast buffet was constantly recharged so that guests enjoyed it. In addition, they gave us really good recommendations for restaurants. Overall, I think this hotel is extremely good. We will come back for sure.

To be honest there is nothing in particular I didn't like. Perhaps I ordered a double bed and in fact there were 2 single beds attached, but it was no problem for me and my partner as the beds were really comfortable.

this was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our trip! the location is great, quiet street just a quick walk to the old town. the staff was wonderful and took time to explain everything about the hotel and city as well as helped us out with transport and tours. the room had all amenities with a cute balcony and great view. Everything was super clean and taken care after, the room as well as the lobby and pool area- the hotel just reopened so everything is brand new.even the breakfast buffet was great with many choices.book this hotel, you will not regret it!!

Absolutely excellent service. My friend and I have been travelling for 9 weeks now. Staying in 4/5 star hotels from Bali, Thailand, to Vietnam. This is our favourite. It is beautiful, situated in the heart of Han Oi, with bikes to travel to wherever we like. By far the best service we've had in the whole 9 weeks. The most warming welcome with a delicious fresh fruit juice and advice on an itinerary for our trip in Han Oi. Super helpful and friendly staff. They were always checking up on us and making sure we were happy. They gave us all the tips on where to go, if we needed anything they were there. We originally booked in for 1 night but we ended up staying 3 because of joe much we loved it. We got 2 for 1 on cocktails and also massages. We booked in an hour full body massage and it was delightful. We also did numerous activities that we booked through the hotel and they were the same price as what you would book through the website, this included a taxi to and from the hotel too. We don't have a bad word to sav about this hotel and everything that comes with it. 10/10. Would come back in a heart beat.

Great location, close to everything! Free bycicle ! Amazing buffet breakfast! Great staff ...at check in they take the tome to explain you everything about the town and are always ready to help you! The rooms are spacious and well decorated, super clean! Great value for your money. When they knew I am allergic to gluten, they prepare something soecisl for me...thank you very much!

Just a suggestion for buffet breakfast is to have more options for gluten free.

The staff were always super helpful and made our stay as seamless as possible. They were extremely accommodating when we arrived after an early flight. We had booked a transfer via the hotel and when managed to catch a 5.30am flight instead of the 8.15am flight they were able to switch at last minute. When we arrived at the hotel we were offered breakfast, a chance to freshen up and luggage storage whilst we cycled round the town.

Loved how helpful and friendly the staff were. Your introduction to Hoi An on arrival is just so informative and they help you with everything you might possible want to do. Breakfasts were great and a very large selection Swimming pool area was quite and clean and lively pool The ladies at the Spa were caring and a nice selection of treatments Beautiful rooms with balcony and lovely large beds Great shower

Great, great and great everything. Location is very close to visit Hoi An Old Town in a short walk. Bikes are free for rent to visit the rest of the town. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good and with a great variety. Pool and gym also very convenient. Finally, the staff always very attentive and charming, going the extra mile to make your stay the most pleasant.
