We booked this hotel for our stay in Hoi An because it was recommended on our guide book and the reviews were good, but it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left, absolutely everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. Sol and Hana helped us organize our stay, booked a tour for us… they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s modern but it captures the essence of the city (and has great views!). Great location as well, walking distance from the old quarter but quiet area at night. They also have bikes available if you want to go further. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. On one of our days there I wasn’t feeling great so we ordered room service and it was really good and quick. There’s also a bar with nice atmosphere. We didn’t use the pool, but we did go to the beach (they have a shuttle bus and a private area with hammocks). Overall we had an amazing experience here, can’t recommend enough!

This hotel was like home because all the staff were so friendly. I could really feel their hospitality, which sincerely came from their hearts. I really enjoyed breakfast in the all-day dining space, which was connected to an outdoor terrace with open windows. Watching passing motorcycles made me truly feel like I was in Vietnam. We also received a complimentary 30-minute foot massage. I also had a pedicure, and the skill and service were excellent. Thanks to Hana, who spoke fluent Korean, and all the other receptionists who always greeted us with beautiful smiles.

This is probably the nicest place we have ever stayed - the staff are just so kind, friendly and genuine. They went above and beyond on everything and we felt like staying with family. Our room was lovely and immaculately kept. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable and we ate dinner in the restaurant multiple times too which was also delicious. The happy hour(s!) are fab and it was brilliant having a gym to use every day as well. We extended 3 times to the end of our holiday! We loved it at Little Residence and would return in a heartbeat! Thanks so much to all the staff for making our honeymoon so special.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms and beds are great and tastefully decorated, the staff is amazing and the hotel is located just a brief 5-10 min walk from the old downtown of Hoi. The staff went out of their way to help point out worthwhile restaurants and attractions, and even customized a sight seeing tour for us. We simply loved that it was so close to everything yet being a quiet place to stay. This hotel is probably the best value for money we have ever experienced. Nothing not to like. We would come back to stay in a heartbeat!

ALL staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Accomodation was so beautiful and clean and the location was perfect. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and I will definitely be booking again on my next visit to Vietnam. I am missing Hoi An already :(

The staff were great - very attentive and helped us organise day trips/show tickets. The location was perfect for accessing the old town on foot and there is a free shuttle to the beach that leaves a 4 times a day, which was useful. They also recommended a local tailor and we were given a voucher to get a 10% discount there.

Location was excellent, GM Andrew and his staff were exceptional, breakfast choices were abundant and the omelette was superb. Special mentions to Emily, Tina, Sophia, Bee and Emma, all were fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. Sorry if we missed anyone🥴

Nice rooms, good pool, tasty breakfast with egg and pho station. They gave us vouchers for a three-course traditional meal, which was delicious. All the staff were kind and accommodating.

Our room was near the cleaning supply area and it was a bit noisy in the morning as room cleaning began.

Beautiful rooms with fantastic beds. Great buffet breakfast- lots of variety (even being there a week). Covered outdoor pool. Fantastic location - easy walk to old town.

Good breakfast, staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was very clean, comfy bed. The welcome fruit and drink were a nice touch! The location is great, very close to the old town but in a very quiet area.
