Nice hotel, good pool area and breakfast, excellent staff. The room was well appointed and a good size. Close enough to the old town.

I booked this hotel based on so many reviews saying it was quiet. I accept that people’s sensitivity to noise varies and I am quite fussy, but I found the riverside room to be impacted by the road outside. This affected my stay here, however, my wife was not as bothered by it as me. So those less affected by noise can probably rest easily here. To be fair, I’m sure they would have moved us out the back of the hotel had I asked but i didn’t so it’s on me I guess. One other thing - getting an email from the property after checkout asking to give them a 10 in this review is wrong. The one and only purpose of a review is to be honest and allow those that come after you to make an informed decision. Not a promotion of a business.

Love the spacious rooms and bathroom, great breakfast options and most important.. the staff!! Hannah, Mr Nam and Mr Chau were always very helpful taking care of any bookings I needed, advising on trips around Hoi An and generally checking everything was ok with my stay. The also have great recommendations on tailors and restaurants as I haven’t been disappointed. And the Spa!! I had 4 different treatments and each was amazing (facial, massage, manicure and pedicure). Beautiful space to relax. This is my second time staying at this hotel for good reason and I will always stay here.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Everybody very helpful. Very good location. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

No choice of pillows. All pillow very high. It would be nice to have one lower and one higher. Staff brought over very low one but it was too flat but we managed. Soap dispensers didn't work. There are ramps in the middle of each staircase which felt very strange and it was quite cumbersome to always go either left or right. It would be better to have ramp on the side of the staircases. We have given this feedback to the hotel staff and they said it was a good idea. Otherwise all very very good.

The property is lovely and really well maintained. My room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. Especially loved the bathroom decor. The location is perfect, can be a little noisy but I don’t mind that.

Breakfast services finishes at 10am which is earlier than a lot of places I’ve been staying at, due to tours I never actually made it there but a slightly later finish of 10:30 just adds a bit more flexibility. I asked for a later check out of 1/2pm instead of 12pm. This could only be accommodated if paying half the cost of the room again for the night, this hotel is definitely on the pricier side for Hoi An and I would have thought there could have been more flexibility here given the room was actually available. In the end I just checked out at 12 but this was a bit of a dampener to the end of my stay as I had been on a trip between 5am and 11am so would have been really appreciated if an extension to check out was given complimentary or at a lesser cost.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The swimming pool was amazing, with convenient showers and toilets nearby, making it easy to freshen up after a swim. The deck chairs were comfortable, and having a bar right next to the pool was a great touch for relaxing with a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the river. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great room with a view of the river - we stayed in 305. The bed is fantastic! The staff are superb, with a special thank you to Thao! The location is perfect for going around Hoi An ancient town, yet just a few minutes outside of it, so you don't have the noise around you. Breakfast was good, with a varied selection. No 'English Breakfast' or 'American' options, however, other great variety, appropriate for the area. The chefs at the restaurant are great - my husband and I ate there twice for lunch, and the food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The ladies working in the restaurant are great too, very helpful and kind. The room was of good size.

We stayed in 309 the first night, however, gutter smell was coming out of the shower - very strong too. I suspect they already knew about this, as the moment we raised the issue we were told to pack and move, no questions asked or checks done - as if they were expecting us to say so. Perhaps 305 was busy during our first night. The hotel needs a little updating, as you can tell the FF&E is quite used and old, however, the staff more than makes up for this!

The hospitality from staff at Laluna was absolutely beyond what I expected. Being professional is a given but they were also very warm, friendly and kind. I loved that they not only interacted with the adults but also my 10 month old! Honestly the staff here are what makes this particular hotel stand out from the crowd. Now onto the rooms, it wasn't too bad! I would just fault two minor details - aircon took awhile to cool down the room and i only received one keycard for the room (not sure if this was just us or others experienced the same?) This didn't bother me too much as my family normally left and returned together anyway :) With the location, it was spot on! Not in the loud streets of old town but near enough (5 mins walk) so we could pop in and out if needed. Overall, I would suggest giving this place a go

We loved our stay at Laluna Riverside!! We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. The location was perfect—just a bit outside the busy area of old town, so it was a quick walk to all the shops/restaurants, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Breakfast had a nice selection; we also ate at the restaurant for lunch the days we arrived and left and for dinner one night for a convenient meal that was still tasty. We utilized the spa services, which were wonderful, as well as the tour services, which we used to book a day trip to Hue. The best part of the hotel though was the service, Mr. Nam, the guest relations manager, in particular. He recommended tailor shops and restaurants, and always made sure to say hello and check in on us at breakfast. He also helped coordinate all the services and bookings made through the hotel. The receptionists, restaurant staff, spa staff, and drivers were all wonderful as well. We can’t recommend Laluna enough!

Although there are signs asking guest to be quiet unfortunately the noise carried quite a bit we like to have very early nights and when some guests came home a bit later the noise on fortunately was very disruptive. The wall were also very thin and I could hear a lot of, noise from other rooms. My family who were in different rooms did not have the same experience so maybe I’m a much lighter sleeper? Once I use my earplugs, this was not a problem!

As soon as you arrive at this Hotel you are greeted with the most friendly staff. Mr Nam was my favourite. He was so funny and made our stay here amazing. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony so you could see down the river. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the night life in Hoi An so keep that in mind. I felt like we could escape back to our hotel from the busy antics happening down the street. The room was lovely and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and large with lots of option and a beautiful area to sit and watch the river. The Vietnamese pancakes were my favourite. All staff were friendly and helpful from the reception to the ladies cleaning!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend you do too :)
