A new hotel perfectly situated close to the river walkway into the centre of Hoi An which meant an easy walk avoiding traffic. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offered both a bathtub and shower with multiple settings. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of western and local food. They even had a bottle of HP sauce to go with the bacon! Staff were excellent -professional ,friendly and always helpful. In all, a perfect stay.

Cozy An hotel just remember this name for the best hotel in Hoi An. The first day, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Hoi An. For sure, i will be back to this place soon. I love you all!

What truly set my experience was the commendable service. Staff members went above and beyond in assisting me, making my exploration of Hoi An much more enjoyable. So clean and fresh from when you walk in until you leave. Staff are genuinely lovely and want to do a good job so are very attentive and friendly. Decor is so simple, isn't trying to something really fancy, it is done right. Food was beautiful, breakfast and dinner. Pool is just as it looks in the photos, as is everything else. Finally, location might not be the most central but its a short walk and all of the above makes up for it ten fold.

The fan speed on the aircon in our room couldn't be set any lower and it was then blowing towards the bed and there is a slight gap and the bottom of the door which allows noise from the corridor into the room easily but would only need a brush screwed on to help with this issue. Highlighting these as feedback to improve rather than a criticism as it didn't impact our stay at all

Feels like a small and personable hotel with very friendly staff who remember you, making each return a welcoming one. Room was nice. Location is good: walkable to the main Old Town but in a quieter part of town, one street from the river where I enjoyed afternoon coffee and dinner at restaurants by the peaceful riverside. Breakfast was a good spread and very good.

The gym was a disappointment. There were 2 cardio machines which I didn't use. What I wanted was the weights. They had an all-in-one Smith Machine which was poorly configured and basically not usable: too low to do a military shoulder press, awkward to do pull-ups because of the bar directly below the handles, no bench to do a bench press. They would have been better just having a set of different dumbells and a bench for weights. But since most people don't go to Hoi An to use the gym, I would still rate my stay 5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience at the cozy hotel! Everyone was professional and open to visitors. We were arrived early. Hanah, the receptionist, welcomed us and allowed us to use the pool area to freshen up because they had been fully booked the day before. She also coordinated with the cleaning staff and got the room ready by 12, for us to have a much needed shower. Everyday, the room was cleaned up well and linens were fresh. We looked forward to returning to our hotel every day. On the last day, my sister had contracted food poisoning. Bella was incredibly empathetic and also gave us the contact details of a reputable local doctor. Thank you so much for the hospitality and warmth you’ve shown us, Cozy Hotel. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location of this newly opened hotel. Very clean and appealing. Excellent breakfast and other meals at the hotel restaurant. Complimentary meal and drinks was such an awesome gesture. The biggest asset of this hotel is it's super friendly and helpful staff. All at front desk constantly checked on us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. All the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel

Location is ~15 minutes walk to the main area in Hoi An. It would get very quiet after 10/11pm on the walk home. But also liked that it was slightly away from the main area

A cozy resort that is intimate and small enough to feel very welcome and looked after. The icing on the cake was the staff Who are so eager to please and it was very nice to see them all getting along like one big happy family. A home away from home, but far more luxurious :). We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the wonderful hospitality We experienced during our day.
