Location near the old town is great, easy walking distance and place is down a quiet side alley. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water.

Mixed cleanliness. Bathroom and bed good but some less used surfaces had lots of dust and build up from neglect. Things like top of switches, corners, etc which may sound petty but the build up was that severe you couldn’t help but notice.

Located in a peaceful area (inside and alley) but quite close to the old town where most of the city attractions are located along with many coffee shops, restaurants, money exchange, convenience store. Homestay is clean and cosy. I really loved the rule of taking off our shoes before entering the homestay. No wonder this homestay is run by a Japanese woman. Rooms are exactly as that of the pictures. Has inhouse swimming pool. No issues in hot shower. Spacious room (we booked superior deluxe room). Easier to book side trips to Bana hills, marble mountain, my son sanctuary from the hotel. Also booked a taxi from the hotel to airport at a cheaper rate than that of ride sharing app.

There is no elevator but most of the hotels and homestay in and around the old town do not have one. Since our luggage was not heavy and we chose our room on the first floor (stairway was also wide), it was not a problem for us. After completing our check-in process, the receptionist should have given us some time to relax and help keep our luggage in our room. But she started giving recommendations on tailor shops, eateries etc. It would have been better if she did that after we settled.

One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on while traveling through Southeast Asia! It was like an extra dense Tempur-pedic. Enough give that my hips were comfortable while sleeping on my side. The rooms (I extended and actually stayed in two different rooms) were large and very clean. There are separate shower stalls, something I really have come to appreciate. So no stepping in shower water while going to the toilet! Water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. There is also a purified water machine downstairs for refilling water bottles.

Very cozy and homey homestay, just at the border of Hoi An old town. The owners speak great english and it has been always easy to communicate with them, before and during our stay. They can arrange tours for you, if you wish. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We will happily come back here should we visit Hoi An again.

1 minor improvement could be to add mosquito nets or a window into the empty spaces on the walls used for ventilation, so that the rooms don't fill with mosquitos. It's no big deal, just a nice to have :)

The Nu Ni Homestay's location is perfect to visit the old town, very central, yet very quiet. Our room was very comfortable, clean, spacious and had a nice balcony (although it was too hot and humid sit outside). The all facility is very welcoming and clean, the staff is really nice and helpful. Overall it is a very convenient choice.

There is nothing we can complain about. We did not use the pool mainly because we did not have time. It is small, but could be refreshing after a day walking around. There is no breakfast, but we did not see that as a problem, there are many options all around in the area.

We booked a normal room and asked for a window but when we arrived we were told the they gave us a free upgrade and stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony. The room was great and spacious with the biggest shower we had in Vietnam and a very nice balcony. The stuff are very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. In the homestay there is an indoor swimming pool,a bicycle rental and laundry services which both are at a very reasonable price. Originally we booked only 2 nights but ended up staying 4 night.

My family and I stayed at Nu Ni Homestay in Hoi An, and we had a wonderful experience. The homestay is located right in the city center. The hostess, Mrs. Dieu is a very hospitable and warm person. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the host is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. They upgraded one of the double rooms to a triple room for us. Mrs. Dieu arranged for airport pickup and drop-off, and she also arranged for sightseeing tours and tickets to the Hoi An Memory Show. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it to the show due to heavy rain. We opted to eat at various local eateries around the homestay. All of the Old Quarter attractions are very close to the homestay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Nu Ni Homestay. It was a great way to experience Vietnamese culture and to meet some wonderful people. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable travel experience.

Perfect location so close to the old town. The room was immaculately clean with all the facilities we could possibly need. Jill was warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay so much were booked an extra two nights.

Everything was great apart from we did use the motorbike hire service and when we took the bike out soon discovered that the steering was bad and brakes broken so took back to the homestay but we were not charged for this which was very kind of Jill.

Very spacious room with huge bathroom. The location is very good , it is very close from all amenities that you need. It is located in quiet area, wifi was very good.

Everything was excellent apart from the fact that when we were coming back from the centre around 11 pm or midnight we had to wake up the caretaker, who was sleeping in reception area on very basic couch, to open the gate for us. I know this is due to safety but I am thinking this could be managed better.

The location of this small hotel is great for accessing the old town of Hội An, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and try to help you in any way they can. There are many restaurants near by and loads to do and see.

Just a word of caution, we arrived in October during the monsoon season, we were expecting rain but didn't realise that the whole town gets flooded and the water enters peoples houses and the streets become rivers on a regular basis. While the hotel remained dry, all the streets surrounding it were flooded and on several occasions we had to wade through 3ft deep water to get anywhere. This can be quite hazardous as pavements are poorly maintained and often cluttered with debris and as you can't see where you are walking there is potential for injury, most people walk down the middle of the road and contend with the scooters that are attempting to drive through the water.
