The location and front staff very warm and inviting. I toke an exceptional liking to the restaurant team, lead by Bing bing and Rawat. awesome team. Although the breakfast was limiting , they catered to my other dietary needs.

1- The facilities need some touch ups. 2- The bed linen on the beds look stained and dirty 3- Towels looked stained 4- Curtains dusty 5- Presidential suite needs work and thorough cleaning. Dirty bed, Dirty bed sheet. if I had to rate the hotel on their bed and lines be a level 2 . I stayed in other Best Western but this one hygiene standards are appalling. Guest Toilets downstairs most time not throughly cleaned . Hygiene a big issue

Though staying in a chain hotel like Best Western can sometimes feel impersonal, the excellent staff at BW+Lusaka really made our stays there special. From the uber competent and welcoming manager to all his reception staff, cleaning and door staff, pool staff, everyone had a friendly smile and word of greeting, and they all remembered us when we returned for a couple of days on our way home. The hotel is very comfortable but it was the staff who made it feel like a home from home. Many thanks!

Excellent service. All staff were brilliant and customer orientated. Very friendly and professional, making every attempt to meet clients needs. Omelettes at breakfast were fantastic, good choice on food menu including nice cheesecakes and brownies. Staff take requests for extras like robe, slippers, toiletries and chocolate. They even provide mosquito repellant. It feels very homely and very safe. Arranged airport transfers and helped us get around safely. No ask is too challenging.

The pool looks great in the pictures but it was an odd set up, in the car park. I would recommend housekeeping starts later after 10am in case clients need to rest - I got disturbed about 8:30am after only falling asleep after 5am due to flight times. I am sure they would be ok with the feedback and adapt accordingly.

The reception area is user friendly, staff are extremely friendly at reception, @Joyce thanks a lot with that beautiful welcoming smile and service. I was amazed by the care and curtecy of Rosemary, the Service Manager on my first day, volunteering to arrange and pay for my transport that will show me around and go eat Zambian food. @Rose, you are a star....go beyond.... The swimming pool is unequely designed for comfort and great swimming to cool up in the hot Zambian weather. The reasaurant food is good too.

Room was great value for money, staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was nice.

Gym was hard to find. Corridors were unclean with something like paint scrapings on the floor and smelled of smoke

Smart hotel with 24hour service. We had accidently booked a twin instead of a double room and we were offered a free upgrade to a double room, which was nice. We ate at the restaurant on site. Food and service was very good. Rooms were very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay while in transit. As we left early, before our free breakfast was served, we were provided with a 'take away' breakfast and this was much appreciated. The price of the room was very good for the quality of the hotel.

It was a 25 minute drive from the airport, although I am not sure if we could have got anything closer. There didn't seem to be very much close to the hotel, although we didn't go out and explore. It was on a main road but noise was not a problem. We booked a pick up from airport but never found the shuttle or taxi, and had to resort to paying for a taxi ourselves. If you book the shuttle ensure you get details where to meet the transport at the airport.

The place is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to malls. Everything was superb, with so many facilities. i.e Gym, Restaurant, Laundry service,Massage room, Swimming pool, etc. We were offered a beautiful, clean and big boardroom for our online meeting. while the internet connection was excellent. It was such a pleasure being able to run our business for the premises. Both the Hotel and the Restaurant's managers were very nice people and they were very helpful I must say.

The loud music celebrating Valentines day, I felt was unnecessary, it went on for too long, till too Late(23h00), remember some of us were not on vacation, unfortunately, i had to suspend some of the work that was meant to be done that night. i.e Day's report, studying, etc.

Once again it was a successful stay! The staff is very very friendly, competent and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We recommend the wood-fired pizza and everything from the grill at the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained. The location is very good, right on the Great East Road. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and it is always a pleasure and for me the best value for a hotel in Lusaka.

We loved the decor and high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a large choice in the spacious dining room. Cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, at least 8 hot items to choose from and they varied each morning plus toast, croissants and sweet cakes. Oops I forgot that you can have a freshly cooked egg or omelet according to your wishes. Tea or coffee is served at your table and replenished frequently by attentive staff. We chose to eat in the restaurant on two consecutive nights and the menu, freshly cooked to order, had something for all tastes, including starters and puddings. service was exceptional. The pool area looked inviting but we did not have time to use it on this stay.

Unfortunately the spa was being redecorated and we couldn’t find the gift shop but these services being unavailable did not spoil our stay.

The staff is absolutelly very friendly and helpful. I needed to print a visa document and they did it without questioning. They've also allowed me to park my motorcycle in front of the reception. The AC in my room was not working, and a bunch of people came to help me move to another room. Spectacular breakfast. I didn't use the pool, but it was inviting. I've chosen the hotel for its proximity to a Honda dealership I needed to visit.

None of the pillows were good for me, but that's me.
