Breakfast options were pretty great considering we are vegetarians from India. If you spend a few minutes extra to find your way around the dishes, you can map as to how best you can have your meal. And for the 4 days we stayed, we are full and it was very helpful for our meetings across the town.

The first room we were given had a couple of issues. The floor tiles were not affixed properly and it was loose on many tires posing danger for people walking on it. We requested for a change in room, but only got it the other day since the hotel was at full capacity. And my booking comes with a pool view, we dint have a pool view too. They dint even consider giving me a partial refund for a day, but they did manage to change my room first thing when the rooms got cleared.

the breakfast was amazing there was variety of food and the food was delicious. I loved that there was some traditional food. The hotel's location is great it is close to the mall. The staff is also friendly and always keen to assist. The swimming pool is so huge and just beautiful. The rooms are really huge and expeditiously clean. I loved everything about the hotel

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms, we couldn't warm up some of our food that was cold. The hotel only warms food from the hotel which sucks.I hope they put microwaves in the rooms in future

The location is good, a walking distance from the East Park Shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and eager to listen. There could be some bit of improvement on the cleaning esp paying attention to the bathroom cleaning.

The cleaning of the bathroom, it needs to be scrupulous since this is a major part of habouring disease. What is good is that the receptionist and suoervisor was eager to speka to the cleaners to improve, and took the suggestion very positive.

Staff are all helpful. Good parking. Within walking distance of East Park Mall. Room was comfortable and large. Safe for valuables. Great breakfast selection, smiling and friendly egg and pancake station chef. Facilitated packed breakfast one morning when i was running late.

Can’t think of anything really, maybe the bathrooms are starting to get a little dated but everything still functional. Value for money may come into dispute if not refurbished in next few years.

I had a great stay specially after the upgrade to en-suite room including a full fridge but even without that the hotel is a great place to stay with a great breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I had a warm welcome. Services like airport shuttle are great as well. Don't forget the restaurant attached to the hotel with a great all you can eat.

it took 4 days to get the tv working as it should work, first the remote control, than network connection and at last a non attached chromecast. the pressure on the shower was not great and I did not always get warm water.

Value for money ($264 AUD p/n), clean, comfortable room, fridge, large TV, aircon in room, tea/coffee facilities. Was offered a late check out (2pm for $20 USD special offer) and airport transfer pickup and drop off ($50 USD one way (30 mins) in comfortable hotel logo mini van with wifi, staff with signage and on time!). Chuma Grill - Breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality (western and local food options), plenty of seating, bar serving cold beer and great light snacks. 10 min walk across the road (under highway pass) to Indian or Thai restaurant and Cafe for a change, plus East Park Mall, walked around neighbourhood was safe during the day and 25 mins to Manda Hill Mall, with The Corner Cafe only 10 mins walk. Good security at hotel, plenty of parking. The hotel is reliable - this is very important as a traveler / visitor. Stayed at Latitude 15 after safari trip and would rate this hotel 2/10.

The decor (carpets, lights, furnishings etc) was very 1990's and garish (see pictures), hotel from outside doesn't look modern or inviting, not a hotel winning any architectural or style awards, the hotel caters for day conference attendees and has many conferences held here (we had no issues with service (in bar or breakfast)) with the large amount of guests on the premises (you may just really see /pass guests in hallway, not noisy)

The Location is very good and can easily access any exploratory place, the East Park Shopping Mall is walking distance

The Swimming Pool is really Nice maybe its Rain Season and bit more of cleaning on the Floors would make it more special as the floors as you go to the deep end, at times you can actually feel the sand and if you do deep dives you see some small mud corner which when stepped on are actually slippery.

Location is great. Pool side restaurant and reception area is good. AC in rooms and helpful staff.

Shower and toilet facilities didn’t work properly and could do with better maintenance. Taxi drivers take advantage of drivers and charge extortionate feees. Some Yango cabs were a disgrace we couldn’t even get in due to dirt and bumpers hanging off with. Scruffy drivers.

The room was exceptional the service was good they went out of their way to make us feel at home the food was good and tasty the rooms are very spacious

The reservation threw booking.com and what was actual didn't match up and it took some talking to the manager on duty to get it resolved they really made it up to us since it was our wedding and honeymoon

Breakfast is always lovely. The location is perfect. The reception, the staff are awesome. My boy loved pancakes made for him and has been singing about them on our way to the airport.will always stay at Raddisson Blu.

Everything is superb.their service is uncomparable.the room was super clean and every time we stay at Raddison it's always better and better.we will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.
