The proximity to the airport. We only stayed 1 night and was an early morning flight so it was ideal. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend if you need an airport hotel

I wasn't feeling very well when we got to the hotel and needed to lie down but there was a power cut all over the local area, so we had to wait for the room, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. This was an are problem.

Spotless. Rooms were very thoughtfully configured, and surprisingly quiet for being so near to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options. There is a bar in the lobby, as well, if you’d like to have a beer. In general, the Holiday In Express name has upped its game. Would fully recommend as an airport hotel.

Ppl in here more than just nice they were always smiling n so helpful. Rooms were so clean it's little far from the city center but Don't need to worry everybody is trying to help u n telling how can we go which bus n everything n breakfast is more than enough nguyen was so lovely n helpful i wanna say thanks for again

Location is perfect. The hotel requests a Taxi for you, and it is there in 3 minutes. The staff are really amazing, always attentive and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend your hotel to everyone and will definitely be back.

There was no Safe box in the room, however when I asked, they had safe lockers at the reception where i could keep any valuables at any time, which I was okay with that. The variety of snacks/meals at the Bar was very very limited. In my opinion, for such a busy hotel, i strongly suggest that you increase the variety of snacks, and it will be very successful.

Brand new hotel every thing met my expectations. The location was good for me, just a short walk from the terminal. I was travelling light but if you have lots of baggage there’s several transfer options. Room was well equipped and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent continental breakfast with a good range of items. Well sound proofed as didn’t hear any aircraft or traffic on the busy road nearby. Trips into Düsseldorf city are possible on the train, there’s an S Bahn station in the airport terminal, also a mainline station close by.

Can’t think of anything to whinge about!!!!

I was not expecting room of this size for the money I payed and I have experienced different Holiday Ins with such a small rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and quite spacious. Also I enjoyed the early birds breakfast, have not expected to be able to eat or grab something to eat at 5 am. We decided to walk to the airport, it was supposed to be 20 minutes, but like 10 minutes the terminal is a sky train station, so it is only like 10 minutes walk and they you can take the train which si free.

Was expecting the hotel to be closer to the bus station and also the surrounding was not very nice.

Very new hotel and everything was clean and fresh - the rooms, hallways, reception and dining areas. The airport-style luggage carts were easy to use and readily available. The 10 euros per day for parking seems steep but if you're lucky enough to get a space on the street the parking is free and very convenient.

Temperature was difficult to set at what we wanted. It kept reverting to an apparently preset temperature. Also, the main reason we booked at this hotel was it advertised an airport shuttle, and Booking.com confirmed that we could take it to the airport, but we were told at the hotel that they didn't have a shuttle we could take so we had to take a taxi. There was no luggage rack in the room or anywhere to set a suitcase other than the bed, nor a drawer to put a few items out of the suitcase. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang a second towel, and the less-than-half glass wall in the shower made it difficult to use without getting a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

New business hotel, close to the airport, clean and with great staff. Breakfast is fine, average variety but tasty. Garage is just next to the hotel with direct access and reasonable price. Bar in lobby is open late in the evening, nice place for after work gathering.

Room service only if you explicitly ask for, otherwise your room is not cleaned. Small room, no fridge, however drink and snacks are available in hotel lobby.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom incredibly clean and well equipped, breakfast was served super early which was convenient for us cause we had to be early at the airport and had plenty of healthy options.

Is a bit confusing to get there without a car, but is more the lack of signs along the road and not fault of the hotel. For anyone wondering you can get there from the airport station, go down from platform 6 and follow the path from there, is closer than taking the sky train and walking from the P4 stop.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and well presented. Friendly, helpful staff. Was able to check in early.

Lack of any lunch/ proper snacks to have. I arrived with my work colleague late morning, planning to work from the hotel before going into town for an evening dinner meeting. But there was no option for a sandwich at the hotel until 4pm. There was a snack machine but just with crisps/ sweets and due to location I believe the only other option would have been to order the shuttle or a taxi back to the airport
