This establishment was super clean and welcoming. The beds were plush and comfortable and the breakfast area was very tidy and the food was delicious and hot. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean as well. Not a bad thing to point out at all. Andrea and Helly made our stay wonderful and Louisa in the breakfast area as well.

The only negative was the woman, who was acting manager. We watched her speak condescending on many occasions to other employees and she lacks heavily in people skills. She was not very friendly or approachable at all. We were told to speak to 2 different gentlemen about our unique situation due to severe health issues and unfortunately, they were not available so she was the next one down the chain of command. She was not very understanding and extremely difficult to speak with. She then spoke a different language to someone, and we really felt as though, she was talking about us in a very negative manner.

I prefer staying at this location as it is accessible to many restaurants, department stores, Kingsway, and West Edmonton mall. It is also closer to the church I attend when I am in Edmonton .

The room had a dog smell, especially the bathroom, shower. There may have been an individual with a dog prior to us checking in. Also, there were kids running in the hallway on the 4th floor. It is advisable as a parent who once had small children, to put families with young children on the main floor, so that they don't disturb others.

The breakfast was really good, and more than we were expecting to be included. The front desk clerk named Andrea, was interested in why we were visiting Edmonton, she was very polite and excited to have us, and even upgraded us to the 5th floor and a larger room! She was very friendly, and made sure our stay was good.

I wish the front office staff could have added my Hilton Honours points to my account for the 2 nights stay, and the bonus welcome points, so we could reserve for another time. We don’t travel enough to get enough points for free nights. So any discounts we can get, allows my wife and I the opportunity to have some special date nights, which only happens once every 8 months or once a year.

Delicious breakfast, especially the oatmeal and all the topping that came with it and also the bacon and real scrambled eggs we had one day were amazing! The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The Hot tub/whirlpool was huge! Very nice Color schemes throughout. We really liked the multiple exit doors to make it quicker to access the parking lot where ever we were parked. Excellent location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Family friendly. Overall, We loved it. Will definitely be back.

Security camera everywhere! I felt like every move I made I was being watched. The second day the circular shaped fluff eggs and ham were not that good.

Awesome staffs, from the Filipino gentleman who checked us in, and special thanks to Adora and Miranda for looking after my family during the breakfast service!🙌 Second time visit here, celebrated my wife's birthday and the kids wanted to dip in a pool. We live in West Edmonton and this was great value to just stay overnight.

The breakfast room set up was wonderful although the toaster and waffle areas tend to bottleneck. All the staff that we had contact with (approximately 6 or 8) were extremely helpful when asked about something or even if they anticipated we might need help. This was really appreciated. Pool and exercise rooms were great. It was nice to have eating places in close proximity as well.

One thing I personally would have liked is a softer mattress and a more comfortable chair to rest in with a lamp beside for reading. The chair for the desk was good for that purpose and the plug-in's were great. The microwave was very low for adults and would be a temptation for toddlers to push buttons and perhaps ruin the unit.

Cleanliness of the hotel, location, the breakfast selections, and the staff esp the staff in the dining area Adora and the young lady who check us in willing to go above and beyond, told her that its weird the room has only 1 chair she is willing to bring another one, I said its fine, and the young Asian gentleman who assist provide us map on places to consider visiting while in Edmonton. Thank you

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and even had a large adjustable tv to wind down Breakfast was also delicious with many options.

Please add bacon to the breakfast menu. Sausage, eggs, hash browns, and all the rest were delicious, but bacon is a staple breakfast food.

The staff were very helpful and friendly even though they seemed a bit overworked due to it being a long weekend and the hotel having a staffing shortage. However, even so Melissa and the young lady (transplant from Newfoundland whose name I have forgotten) at guest services were always very cheerful and upbeat anytime I passed by the front desk. I could hear them speaking to other guests in person or on the phone and their level of service remained very consistent. They were very helpful assisting me adjust my reservation and knowledgeable when I had questions. Facilities were very new and modern and the room was clean and spacious. Good selection of breakfast items.

My room could have used a bit more lighting

Location is good for our needs - close to restaurants in St Albert and close to the shops in Edmonton, by car. the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the eating area for the included breakfast is clean and offers plenty of seating .

would like to see composting containers in the breakfast area for food scraps, and more options for recycling.
