Our stay at this hotel was awesome. After a horrible Airbnb experience, the hotel got us in so fast with the early check-in and made sure that we felt comfortable. We brought four dogs with us and received zero complaints. The staff was great and even made sure to send up bacon for our dogs. At our Airbnb here we were constantly getting bombarded with messages about issues with our dogs, and none of that happened at the hotel.

On the southern edge of downtown Sudbury, so within easy walking distance. Close to the theatre, which has many nearby bars/restaurants. In summer, the farmers market will be in the nearby Via railway station parking lot. The Grotto can be easily accessed via the upper car-park. Across the footbridge over the railway lines is the Art Gallery. Science North is only a few minutes drive away. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable and everything worked. Staff were very pleasant and effective.

Wifi is unsecured, so best to do banking, and any other password-related activites, elsewhere. NB: Wifi worked well for me.

Staff were great. Breakfast was yummy, lots of selection, price sky, location has lots of food entertainment the fridge in the room was nice and big.

Be away there is a lounge downstairs that plays loud music, people up and about dancing and laughing (for those of you on second floor), and a funky smell everytime we walking our room.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. I had inquired about a car charger when I booked and they had noted that and it was ready for us and available for both days of our stay. The Sukhdev restaurant was an unexpected bonus and was wonderful.

The door into our room did not close automatically which seemed odd.

Clean modernized room. Clean overall in other areas of the hotel. Good breakfast options. I had excellent service at check in.

The parking was terrible. For some reason, a large parking lot was closed off and there were only about 20 other spots in what did not seem to be a real parking lot.

Even though the neighbourhood looked sketchy in parts, I had no issues with the location. It was close to the places I wanted to visit in town. Plenty of good restaurants within a short drive as well. The coffee machine was working outside of breakfast time, so that was good too, in addition to the one in the room. Fridge was good.

The breakfast area was small, basically in the front foyer, with one microwave. It was kind of busy one day, but then it wasn't so busy the next. I also was hoping to have a microwave, I think the instructions were one could request a microwave and fridge. But if I needed to, I could use the microwave off hours.

Clean room, great breakfast. Best value for money. Accessible to almost every food/grocery place within 10 minutes drive.

In room amenities such as coffee maker and microwave could be sanitized/cleaned better as there was buildup within.

It was nice to have lots of options for the breakfast that was included in the price. Good value for our money. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not the best, but it was an enjoyable stay.

The location could be nicer.

Head a change in Doctors appointments the Front Desk Staff were able to accommodate my changes quickly and without concerns.

The location is across the street from Sudburys' main rail yard. A bit loud at times. Otherwise a great stay.

Love the restaurant. The staff is amazing, hotel is always super clean.

Location is downtown, which is awesome. However, getting there can be tricky if you don't know the area and the surrounding neighborhood is a little run down.
