Location near to JB Sentral. Huge room. Got bathtub.

Bathroom floor and wall are slippery like soap residue from the mopping left after the floor dried. Not safe for old people. Tv is located in the living hall, not in the bedroom. You cannot watch tv when in bed. Need to sit at sofa or dining table to watch tv. Need to validate parking (your TnG) before you go out every time. So if you're out 3x per day, you need to validate 3x.

Limited lobby parking. As my car is very low, we are unable to drive up the multi storey car park so we reserved a lobby parking few days prior to checking in. However, during the actual day, we were told that all the lobby parking are full due to an event that was going on over the weekends. After much discussion, they realise that there’s a communication breakdown between the person taking my parking reservation and the security in charge. It was quickly managed and resolved and I was glad that they manage to secure a slot for me. Additionally, we requested for an iron and ironing board which took a few hours to deliver.

My room at the GBW was huge, it was actually a one bedroom apartment and very spacious. Bed was super comfortable and staff regularly changed sheets and towels and provided bottled water daily. However the room was very tired and in need of upgrading and repaint throughout. The lobby area was very nice and staff well presented and helpful.

We book for a queen studio room but our first check in we were given a free upgrade by your lovely staff. We were thankful and greatful but to our surpise the upgraded room wasnt to our expectation. The first room 1315 wasnt clean as we saw some patch of black stain/mole on the carpet. We brought along our 3 months old baby and felt like the room isnt suitable for our baby.The bed room doesnt have window and the ventilation wasnt working. We then decided to leave a feedback to your staff Hazwani. We told her we will be coming back later as we went out to do some shopping. We came back later and to our surprise Hazwani have kept and given us a much better room with a superb view. We would like to thank Hazwani for breing incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Thank u Hazwani.

Property location was pretty good but a bit dirty. Friendly staff with daily housekeeping but one of my rooms was ready a bit late. Room was ready at 4pm despite us arriving at 3pm, the official check in time. The 45rm buffet breakfast was pretty good too!

Spacious, cool room, complete facilities, love the song played at the parking lift, free parking for guest, friendly guard and bellboy. Thank you to the hotel management for the best service.

1. Stain on bed sheet. 2. View blocked by other building. 3. there is cockroach in the room. 4. list of tv channel different with the list provided in the room. 5. There is no power supply between the beds like other hotel. 1 at the wall beside the beds, 1 at the pantry area. 6. No brief from receptionist about the card that need to be kept in the room card slot.

Room is spacious, bed & pillow are comfortable, air-conditioning is cold, water heater is in good temperature & good pressure, breakfast is delicious.

Furniture & facility is a bit old, toilet bowl & carpet having stains, plug points too little & the receiving of TV channels not stable.

it was within budget for a carpeted old style hotel , with a big suite (sofa area separated from room and pantry). It has bath tub for those who likes it Patry is with microwave oven, long tables easier for work , 2 separated tv area (hall and room). buffet was good , spread-ed with beef/ chicken, mee goreng, nasi lemak , simple salad with mayonnaise, hot scrambled egg, half boil egg, some simple toast/bread, muffin, kuih, peel fresh kinda juices, coffee, milk and cereals, kids age 5 below are free, more than 5 subjected to rm20 per person... pool was ok, not too big, not too small, old styled pool but have 2 kids pools, 1 for babies/toddlers, 1 for bigger kids it is near to town

the room was old, we booked 3 rooms for 1 big family stay, 2 rooms got new LCD tv, my room had the very old tv in bedroom and the hall tv is too small, so we didnt see tv much...some of the plugs was not working, need to retry many times the bath tub holder was broken in my room, and in my mothers room the aircond was not cold , at night , the area seems not safe to walk alone

it’s convenient for those who drives there. walking distance to Malan and shopping.

apparently, we found out the bed linens was not clean. it’s smell oily for the pillowcases . Floor carpet got some blood stains and the water pipe kept beeping from the moment we check in. practically we have to close the bathroom door all the time.
