The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, I appreciated that the oatmeal was served hot instead of in a package and overall the food was warm and fresh. The business center was handy as I needed to print some documents for my work trip, as well as shredder for misprints. I love it when hotel rooms have an in room sofa! It's nice to have a comfy sitting option that isn't just your bed. You probably could fit 3 adults on it comfortably, and it was very soft. This is the first hotel I've ever been to that offered in room coffee makers in a k-cup style. I did not use it, but it felt pretty deluxe. Same with the TGI Fridays complementary room service - my clients took me out for dinner each night, so I was not able to take advantage of this amenity, but it felt nice to have as an option. Also, I liked that I was given four of each towel/cloth type instead of two, so I didn't have to request more from the front desk (I generally prefer not to get room service during my hotel stays).

I wish the breakfast meats had been labeled since I have dietary restrictions. The room lighting was pretty good, but I found myself wanting a ceiling light, a torchier, or something else that lights up the whole room more effectively. The front pickup and dropoff area could get a little crammed at times with both pedestrians and vehicles, making it a bit difficult to drive through, particularly in the mornings. I consider these all suggestions for improvement, as they were all incredibly minor and not detrimental to my overall experience.

I loved how friendly the staff was and how attentive they were to our every need. The breakfast was really good, although, the 1st day the potatoes were cold from the container and no smoothies. The pool was well-maintained and we had a great time. Also, the location was close to family we came to visit and within walking distance of fine dining for dinner.

I reviewed your website before coming and it shows you serve smoothies but when we got there, we were told they do not do that anymore. And my room was clean, but smaller than expected. Again, I saw on the website it had a larger tub and it was a reason I selected this hotel, but the one in the room was really small and nothing like the pic from the website. I had 2 choices from booking.com and your website with the larger Tubs and smoothies were why I chose the Hampton. I did enjoy my stay and would use it again, but you might want to update your website.

I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids. It had a 3.5 foot to 5.5 foot pool which my 5 year old enjoyed, as well as a bonus 1 foot wadding pool for my 3 year old. Plenty of places to relax in that area and watch the kids play safely with my 12 year old niece. Also loved that the breakfast was open until 10. My daughter had 2 late nights and I didn't have to worry about getting up early to make it to breakfast.

The Breakfast was great. Everything was clean and staff was nice / professional. Liked having a mini pantry store for snacks and necessity's that was forgotten. Would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Didn't like the hot tub was outside and really small. And towels were not accessible outside with the hot tub.

Pool and jacuzzi setup were very nice and I was happy with the size of the room.

The breakfast looked great when I checked it out at around 7:30, but by the time my daughter and I got down to eat by 8:30 everything good (eggs, B&G, Sausage) was gone.

Good location a short drive from I-40, very comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast, and all the Hilton amenities.

The A/C was intermittently very loud, and the curtains didn’t close all the way. It worked out since we needed to wake up early, but would have been nice if we could block out the street lights.

Breakfast was fine , everything was fresh which is what is important. Love the central location with everything close to the hotel . Room was comfortable and clean . Staff was friendly .

Overall we had a really good experience so there was nothing we didn’t like .

Absolutely everything!!! Super clean, very comfortable beds, amazing hot breakfast, best staff I've seen! The indoor pool Hot Tub was so nice!!! Extra clean! Breakfast had full line up of real food. There is a fancy waffle bar with lots toppings even chocolate, old fashioned oatmeal with of topping options, very delicious biscuits and gravy on Sunday. Omelets on Saturday. Yummy!!! They had Lysol wipes and hand pumps everywhere! They were constantly cleaning!

our room was updated and they accommodated the fact we wanted rooms side by side as we had several family members together. housekeeping was nice and provided appropriate amount of towels and necessary items . Breakfast offered good choices.

hallways could have been updated carpeting but seemed clean. we had issue with getting one of our room keys to work.

The Manager went out of his way to help me store my carrier for my scooter. He even helped carry it into the unused conference room. The woman running the breakfast was neat and kept the place stocked . We really enjoyed the staff, as they always greeted us in the hall and ask if we needed anything else to just ask. Probably the best Hampton I have ever stayed in. I had stayed there years ago, but it has been restored with all the technology anyone could ask for.
