Comfort Suites Coralville I-80

Staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were great and well stocked. The parking lot was good and well lit. Liked the Marketplace. Close to Mall, shopping, restaurants, and the University.

Needed more vending options on floors. Bed felt lumpy after an hour or so. Hard to see TV from sitting area. Perhaps another tv in front of sitting area in suites. Some questionable stains on the curtains.

The staff was very polite caring and helpful in so many ways. She went above and beyond her duties to assist with our booking and getting the tv to work. The rooms were clean and appropriate for our trip. The pool and hot tub was very well tended to and clean. many of accommodations with food snacks ice and great location to get to local restaurants stations and more.

Nothing it was amazing!

We needed pet rooms and had no idea the hotel had certain rooms reserved for that. We also needed 1 handicap accessible room but the staff did their best to juggle things to make it work for us.

Booking.com apparently did not pass on our needs to the hotel, but sent me an email saying the request was approved by the hotel.

Angela on the desk was great. Friendly & efficient. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The location couldn’t be better. Good and shopping within a few minute drive or short walk. Breakfast was good.

Full breakfast, hot and kept up very well. the pool was wonderful for families and kids. It was just the perfect depth for kids and set up in a way that families could have their own space. Good sound proofing.

Would have liked to have staff at front desk to answer questions more often.

We loved the size of the room traveling with kids can be rough when the rooms are small in a hotel and the kids can not spread out but that was not the case with this place. Also loved the long hours for swimming so the kids had many opportunities to take a swim!

The only complaint we truly had was we wished breakfast had milk as an option!

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast had good selection, included several gluten free items. Helped out with a tech issue watching videos off a computer through the tv. Clean rooms with housekeeping during a 2 night stay.

Location is a little noisy with train and traffic from a busy street.

We like the spacious rooms and the cleanliness.

The hours of the free breakfast should be extended to 11am. This allows ppl with late check outs to also have time to go and have breakfast.

The location was great and our room was very nice.

I had scrambled eggs, yogurt and juice for breakfast and became quite ill. Apparently it did not agree with me. I felt better after a couple of hours and was able to continue with my day.

Breakfast was cold and did not taste good and very limited selection but I appreciate them trying to give everyone a hot breakfast.super nice staff!
