A good modern budget hotel with spacious rooms. USP is a lazy river - the only hotel to have one in the Kissimmee area. Cleanliness is good and staff were helpful.

The much lauded lazy river wasn't operating for 'technical reasons' during our stay. We never saw anyone working on it and staff seemed surprised that we were disappointed. The fairly large pool deck had just 25 sun loungers and approx 50 chairs - whoever thought this would be sufficient for a 400+ room hotel in a sunny climate needs to think again! Lack of storage space in rooms means you'll most likely be living out of your suitcase....

The rooms and pools were exceptional along with the Cantina Restaurant. The food was amazing at the restaurant and pools were so nice & enjoyable. The rooms were fantastic as well. Overall stay me and my family were pleased.

The coffee they advertise is supposed to be spectacular and rare. It wasn't good at all. They do have a nice little set up for the coffee area in the morning and it was always so clean because they are attentive. Also, you are charged a fee of 80.00$ while you are checking in and you do not receive the money back until checking out. Something that should of been listed in the formation as choosing the hotel since their are fees already stated within the price.

Didn't like that we never got to use the pool area. It would close if they seen a brief lightning storm coming. It always rains in Orlando. That 5 min drizzle should not kept it closed the rest of the evenings. I chose this place for their pool area. Disappointed. Also the Mexican restaurant down stairs food and service was awful.

Definitely was clean and modern and didn’t feel pretentious. The rooms were large and again, updated. I didn’t get to go to the pool area but it looks like it would’ve been fun.

I can’t really blame the hotel for this because it’s only sanitary to have the pet friendly rooms with tile. However being on the first floor by the elevator and having huge groups of kids for some weekend events and also bike week, it would get really loud. And housekeeping was just a few doors down and they were loud as well. so because the floors were tile the sound reverberated and you could hear everything and anything so bring earplugs. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and if you are not bringing a pet you’ll likely get a carpeted room and that should dampen any noise concerns.

I was here for graduation, so, didn't expect much. I was definitely surprised. I loved the location!! Close to everything, minutes from Orlando. So many shops, restaurants, and other things to keep you busy. The room was really clean as well with comfy beds. The lazy river and swimming pool were pretty cool. There was also a restaurant on site and a bar by the pool.

Check-in was a lengthy process with only one person at the front desk, so be prepared to be patient. The other downside, which was NOT on the hotel, was that booking.com forgot to book/confirm the reservation. Thank goodness I had all the confirmation information on hand, so we were able to just make a new reservation, but others may not be so lucky. The front desk manager was really helpful and understanding.

Room was big, quiet. Very good bed. Excellent pool.

More than 14 days after I left the hotel there still is a 240 dollar reservation on my credit card. And it it still not gone.

Loved it! Everything is new, spacious and clean. Their restaurant(Tortilla Rica) has the most flavorful fajita. Minimal driving distance from all major attractions. Conveniently located within walking distance from Walmart, gas stations, restaurants and entertainment. No hidden fees and deposit was returned promptly. Staff is very welcoming and housekeepers very respectful. It is trully the best hotel in the area with the best price. As a local I would highly recommend and visit again.

My only drawback was the traffic noise from my room which eventually dissipated. This was a minor inconvenience compared to the many conveniences.

Very good value for the property. We loved the pools and hot tub. All of the guests were very personable and friendly to us. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The carpet in the hallway was smelly and there were some dips in the carpet where it seemed like plywood was missing or an outlet was there previously. Also, majority of the staff were friendly, but there were a few ladies at the front desk that acted like they were having the worst day ever. Luckily nobody could get us down on vacation! 😂 We did have my husbands service animal and we would have like if there was a designated potty area. Several times we just went walking down the street on the sidewalk.

The restaurant in hotel closed on Friday note, no mention of it anywhere. Say night over 2 hr wait no help, had to drive somewhere else. Very inconvenient, as we were looking for convenience of dinner at hotel with kids. Also pool facilities were open small hrs 2-6, and they advertise slide but no where tells you it's for big kids only! My 4 year old can go on most slides at all water parks, they wouldn't let him. Have the reason I booked here! You should advertise restrictions so people know! Also one of the life guards spent his whole shift on his cell phone!
