I liked how spacious it was. It was perfect for me especially because I had a lot of things with me for a wedding and definitely made the most with the closet, bathroom, living room space.

It was quite loud, even though when I had booked, the property had advertised “soundproof”, so I barely slept the night before I had to coordinate a fast-paced wedding with a strict timeline. Parking options were also very limited. If you parked in the lot across the entrance to the building, you were charged $10 every time you returned to the lot, no flat day rate, no in-and-outs, cash only.

Loved the layout of the rooms. Loved the bathroom. The actual kitchen and dining area were open and inviting. Very comfortable.

The place was VERY hot upon arrival. The location was very scary. There was absolutely no parking included. I had to pay 20. for the night. To have food delivered (because no way was I going outside!) we had to go downstairs to get the food. The worst thing was that we got bites during the night. All of us did. They acted like that was odd, but we all had bites on us. Also, the TV in the main room had speakers that were blown, so everything sounded distorted and was very hard to understand. I had to watch shows on my phone.

i got an upgrade to a huge apartment everything was meticulously clean very friendly staff you will not find a better place for a better price in LA!

the location is of course pretty rough, but this is no surprise it s downtown LA. Nonetheless it s conveniently located close to public transport and wholefoods

Accomadation was perfect for a weekend trip. It was clean, spacious with airconditioning. Had a fridge with freezer to keep your drinks cool on a hot night...

Location during the day was fine but during the night it was like a scene from the walking dead :-). If you're not used to it it can be a bit scary but after 12 years we even noticed improvement. If you keep quiet and look past the zombies your fine.

Very spacious apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and very easy check in and check out. Love the furnished kitchen! You just need to bring in your own food and spices if you plan to cook. You can walk to some cafes, restaurants, shops and convenient stores. Alot of paying garages nearby. Just park across the street for $10 a night per 1 entry, at your own risk, though!

Unfortunately, this apartment is located in a shady area of LA. The street outside is littered with trash. And, just some weird people around and people lying on the street is an eyesore for this location. Parking garage across the street was cheap, but it came with lots of risks! We parked for 2 nights, and when we checked out, our car window was smashed. I was devastated, but can't blame anyone because that's what I got for trying to save money and choosing the wrong location! So, beware!

It was een really cool room with seventies design. The staff, especially the manager wad very helpfull and kind. Location was good. There are really cool places to eat and visit in walking distance.

This downtown area is a bit rough. a lot of homeless people, although they made us never feel unsafe. The rooms are not that good soundproof towards the streetsounds. But it was do-able.

Location was a few minutes walk to a Metro station, which was then a straight shoot to Universal Studios as well as Hollywood. Even walking to Grand Central Market was close. A very cheap Uber to Union Station to catch a bus to the airport was nice as getting to and from LAX isn't always easy. The size of the place was massive! It was a big apartment and was able to fit the 3 of us easily. Big kitchen, dining and lounge.

The noise from outside on Saturday night was unbearable. Very thin windows and even though we were several stories up, it was as if the people were right outside screaming until 2am. It didn't necessarily feel safe walking at night and so we would uber/lyft to the door and every time they told us to be careful of the people in this neighborhood. Never had any issues thankfully.

Parking lot across the street did not make rates clear. Many cars in the garage were parked unlawfully and haphazardly. Parking lot elevator only went up to fifth floor.
