Location, nestled with a well lit area and surrounded by trees. Handicap parking, 2 spaces under the entrance cover. About a 7 step walk to the hotel. Large spaces within. Our suite was a very good size. The larger king pillows were great, firm but soft. Very nice, quiet room on 4th floor. Priced right.

The bathroom next to the bed held only the tub shower and toliet. However, it was very hard to close the door if you sat before closing. Very tight space. In the middle of the night, it was complicated to get awake enough to handle the lack of space. I actually fell onto the commode trying to close the door and turning my body to prepare to sit.

The rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable.

I checked in a night that the hotel was sold-out, an event was going on and they were short staffed. The front desk lady (older) was awesome, she did the best she could with the resources she had. There were a few errors in the process but her professionalism made up for it. She went above in beyond to try to resolve my issue! I really appreciated her level of honesty and ability to resolve my issue quickly. The lady that checked me out this morning was also very pleasant! Thank you ladies.... As for Management, you should really consider having more than one front desk agent present on nights that your sold-out or have events. The Front desk supervisor should've at least be present to help out and made sure all the rooms were cleaned and preassigned.

The map on the inside of the elevator has a grammatical mistake. The word is Gator, not Gater. I'm sure your Floridian guests noticed it as well; the Gators are the U. Of Florida teams. I resisted fixing it with a sharpie each time I rode the elevator, but you do really need to get a copy editor. The steel sign on the outside of the elevator is also missing a line of text. I would be happy to recommend a copy editor for you if you need one.

Purchasing through Booking.com turned into the WORST HOTEL CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE BY VENDOR. Booking never sent my confirmation to the hotel. Hotel said that has been happening to guests and suggested calling the 3rd party. I couldn't get a hold of anyone (and I was running late for work) so front desk staff were kind enough to call and stay on hold for me. They finally settled it and I got my key. All of this lasted about 25 minutes which made me late and had to stay later at work to make up my time. I will NEVER use Booking.com. Worst travel 3rd party. And the room wasn't even cheaper. Maybe $10 less. What a waste of time.

The Staff is always nice and very accommodating. The location of my room was the first floor and there was minimal traffic or noise in the hallway. I like the pool for my children and I .. I traveled with family, by myself, or with my partner and I have not been unsatisfied yet. I have already recommended this hotel to my friend who is visiting the Columbia Maryland area soon. I get a little lost trying to find it. That quick right turn into the parking lot... I miss all the time.

There's no free breakfast. We were there over a holiday weekend. They seemed a bit short staffed. I knew there would be no breakfast so we got some snax.

The bed was a bit soft for us. Also, the room was a decent size but there was too much furniture in it so it had a crowded feel. Room 203. One last thing: we were backed up to a busy road yet the hotel did not seem very busy so why not put us on the quiet side?

Stayed in Columbia MD for a soccer tournament in Bob Lucido Covenant Park which is about 8 miles away. The location is close to Wegmans, Walmart, restaurants and parks. The area is safe. The room is standard size but it's clean. There's also a refrigerator which is a plus. They have a washer and dryer near the pool in case you need to wash soccer uniforms 😊

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a mini refrigerator which was extra convenient as we had a to-go bag from the restaurant across the street. Parking was free and well lit at night. Key cards worked, which is actually worth mentioning considering we have paid much more for accommodations, and had major issues with key cards not working.

There was a subtle smell of smoke in the halls.

Very comfortable, clean room. Lobby was impressive for a no-frills establishment. Staff was super personable.

Was disappointed that the cafe was not a full service starbucks. The website was vague about what was offered. And it was closed Sunday morning. No microwave in room, though on leaving I discovered one by the ice machine, 2 of 3 ice machines not working. No freezer in the mini fridge.

Hotel was thoroughly comfortable - from sofa in king size room to the options of lighting in bathroom, dimmer in toilet/bath section to brighter in dressing area. Pool and outdoor sitting areas were amazing. Staff helpful and friendly. And WiFi worked without having to call the front desk! A lot of value at this property.
