Check in was very quick and professional and she was very sweet!!! The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet!!! Overall if I ever go back through there again I would gladly stay there!!!

I would like to see a coffee pot in the room. That is not really that big of a deal to me. That’s definitely all I would change if I could!!

Convenient Highway access and a very Quiet Location close to BWI Airport. A short 7 minute drive to a variety of restaurants. Exterior grounds of Property were clean, well maintained. Room was clean except for long overlooked toothbrush and paper items between the sink and wall. Beds were very comfortable. Good Cable TV and cell service. Smooth check-in, check out process. Excellent value for the price.

No in room refrigerator or microwave. Could’ve used two more bath towels but we made do with what was provided. Security latch on door needs to be re-secured to jamb as screws are loose.

I liked everything here especially the staff especially Mr Saneel as he was the most professional and knowledgeable and helpful as he was there to help with every thing I asked as he took care of it in a very professional manner and did it quickly.

The room did not have a microwave, nor a refrigerator. We did not realize until the morning that there was no iron in the room and had to get dressed in wrinkled clothes. In order to get a frig and microwave, we had to change rooms and pay an additional price.

the room was clean, the customer service was great. When are key wouldnt work the fixed the problem asap no questions ask.

When i checked in i wasnt asked for my id to make sure i was the person with the booking you never know if i was hacked or something. I felt like the person at the desk didnt really care about her job just rushed handed me the key and walked away.

The landscape was beautiful… The grass was so green. The deck was clean and very well kept . The staff was friendly at check out. The shower head was one that I wish I had at my home😂❤️very comfortable atmosphere and the bed was very comfortable it was my boyfriend’s birthday he was very satisfied… Thank you for a AWESOME EXPERIENCE.. plus I won $651 dollars at Maryland Live Casino Friday night 🎰🎰💰💵💸

Such a peaceful secluded area. Beds were very soft and check out is 12pm Instead of 11am. The bathtub was also roomy.

That I could not stay longer. Even my daughter liked our room and vending machine selection by Lobby.

They were very accommodating for me I had a family emergency and had to leave early and they helped me get out early credit me back my money I love the red roof inn

The staff was awesome

The location was great. The hotel is clean and along with the bedding. The environment is safe. They covid 19 precautions in place. Best bang for the money. I have no complaints. It may not be a 5 star hotel but the location and cleanliness makes up for that. I would mostly likely return and come back. I would recommend this hotel.

No complaints at all. If I was going to nick pick I'd say more up to date appliances such as the tv. But there is really no issue there.
