My stay was good. Laura the front desk admin was great she was kind and helped assist me in all my requests to make us comfortable. The front desk manager Ms Kamira was nice too. I requested a clean room, dust free because my son has asthma, I got it! Hotel has been renovated, upgraded really, rooms look good.

The amability of the staff. Always with a smile and a good disposition to assist.

They ask the first day to do the room cleaning, and I say no, and then I have to request for it because they did not go in the room. Not even to take the garbage out.

There was a women working the breakfast area that was rather rude. The fella that works the breakfast was amazing and very kind.
