Very clean ( except for carpets) nice breakfast (eggs and sausage) plus waffles and Mimi muffins cereal. Had a little store for water and snacks. Nice hotel. Would stay there again.

The carpet in our room was filthy. And the mattresses were horrible. We thought this was a new hotel till we saw the carpet and tried to sleep on the mattresses.

The staff was amazing Dawn and Dan should get a hugh bonus for their help and persistence with our booking .com reservations. Not only did they solve it, but recommended an amazing restaurant! Cant say enough of the accommodating staff

The room was very clean & comfortable.

One woman at the front desk ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Finally a 2nd woman came out from behind a wall to help me.

It was an enjoyable stay. The hot tub was a little too hot but that was okay

The location, staff and service were great. Breakfast was an added bonus.

It seems as though many hotels these days have gone to memory foam mattresses, which we find very difficult to move around on. Kind of like trying to maneuver on a marshmallow. If you don't move much during the night they are probably OK.

Convenient location, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and the staff worked to keep everything stocked. Good WiFi.

Room had a slight funky smell, but most hotel rooms do.

Only one elevator for all that luggage! People were constantly in and out of it with piles of bags Dogs peeing on the floor in the lobby frequently requiring staff to mop up and then wet floors

Room/hallways/entry/breakfast area neat and clean. Young lady at check-in very pleasant and helpful. In morning one of housekeeping staff gave friendly greeting.

Was a bit disappointed with breakfast. Arrived about 8:30. Some items gone & not replenished. Coffee wasn't hot. Coffee in entry wasn't hot either.

We did not partake in the breakfast but it looked like there was quite a bit of variety when we got coffee. Comfortable beds, strong shower stream, towels were plush, clean. We appreciated the pack and play for our grand daughter.

We had a room right off the elevator. Didnt realize how many people go in and out if that thing! Some people were inconsiderate and loud that stayed on same floor as us. Card keys were somewhat difficult for us to use-
