Yes when I went to check out my daughter she's a smoker and I had went to put stuff on the car she was smoking dropped an ash on the floor and the room smell of smoke a little so they said it cost me a $100 deposit for something I could have spray air freshenersmoke remover for so im not good giving a good review for staff just feel like I got robbed I could understand maybe 20$ but a hundred that highway robbery to😤

It was easy to find, close to shopping areas and very close to a planned outing.

There was some plumbing issues; water leak detected in the original room booked. We had to notify management and we were moved to another room. The water leak was obviously a past history issue; noticed the old stains and ceilings fragments (cracked).

Location is awesome, check in was easy, and it was very easy to find. Hot shower and decent bed

The lock on the door cycled through out night and out dated carpet

Location was great, right off I-85 and Pelham Rd. Great restaurants and easy to find. Room was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated! Great value for the price 😁

Toilet was stopped up, elevator was out of order and there was no battery in the smoke detector. Toilet was reported and repaired immediately 🤗

Convenient location

Rooms needed cleaning more, bathroom ceiling looked awlful. Air conditioning wasnt working properly. Beds were comfortable, good tv channels, affordable prices, near restaurants, convenience to Greensboro collesouem. Office staff lacked friendliness, especially the lady at check in.

The room was very neat and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Housekeeping was impeccable, our room was neatly made every night and our personal items were well cared for. They even neatly placed my friends dirty laundry into a bag and set it off to the side. He was really impressed!

The only thing I didn't like was the pressure of the shower, it was a little weak for my preferences but everything else was perfect.

Everyone here is very accommodating and friendly. While here they make sure your needs are met, and do so with a smile!! It makes traveling a lot more pleasant.

The only suggestion I have is that the beds should be upgraded. Lumpy mattresses aren't the best. The staff, however, are wonderful. Housekeeping goes out of their way!

Breakfast would have been a great start. Juice, Bengals, cream cheese, cold cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, and /or toast is just an idea. 😉😉😉

Perfect place for my husband to stay while working! He uses the Econolodge weekly at least 4 nights up to 12 night... friendly staff that are always willing to insure comfort..... easy to extend the stay and no worries of extreme price jumps...... clean facility....always even the parking lot which he has stayed at quite a few different properties in Greenville since Jan and truly we find dirty raking lots with loitering and the public areas are not so well maintained..... that is not the case here! Well satisfied and will remain coming to this property for the remainder of this contract June or July! All I can say is a bit better tv programming and a little larger tv would be my only suggestion but understandable it’s part of the great value of this affordable property
