America's Best Value Inn and Suites - Jackson

breakfast had some variety & was better than my last choice of hotel in Jackson. nothing hot like eggs bacon or sausage just cold cereal oatmeal or waffles. had bananas.

would have liked a hot breakfast. did have oatmeal. cracker barrel is next door so that was a plus.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was really nice. I also like that the hotel was near a few good places to eat and shop.

I didn't like the fact that even after you make your payment online you have to pay extra money once you get there and don't get it back.

I was only disappointed that there was a waffle maker, but it wasn't set up for anyone to use. I wasn't expecting waffles to be a part of breakfast when I booked the room, however, considering the facility had one it would have been fantastic if it were available to use.

Laid Back place. In a very good location.. Nice spot the spend time with family or friends..

Some times my hot water was cold. Besides that nothing else was wrong..

I had a working coffeemaker in my room. The room was small, but it was quaint and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly. There was an elevator to the 2nd floor instead of just stairs. It was very quiet.

No breakfast was offered due to Covid-19.

Friendly Staff. Speedy Check-In. Location was great.

Needs automatic Doors to make bringing in luggage easier. Could have been a bit cleaner.

Ice machine didn't work very well. Needs more the one for the whole building.

I like the fact that when i addressed an issue with the manager about a certain room, he did not hesistate to move me to another room without even charging extra

The night staff were very pleasant, helpful, and kind. Nice breakfast!
