The hotel is right next to the HNL airport which is convenient. It's peaceful and away from the main city crowds or noise. It's also 10min away from Pearl Harbor. There is a mini gym at the hotel and the hotel is only 25min away from the main city attractions.

Parking is extra US$40 per night, which is only given in the fine print. You'll have to find street parking around the hotel somewhere. The hotel only provides room cleaning service every 2nd day. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby and if you want to uber take away, you'll have to come to the reception to pick up. If your room happens to be in another building then it'll be another 5min walk.

Breakfast was an interesting experience. Open air, so a bit chilly on a December morning. On one day, only one waiter for 40 customers, but he was cheerful. It was convenient that my car rental agency was in the hotel. I also was able to walk to the airport, instead of using the hourly free shuttle. Did not notice any airport noise of significance.

Due to a flight issue, I missed the first night of my 3 night booking. Although I gave notice, I did not get any credit for not, not even the $25 amenity fee. They said they couldn't adjust the bill because I had booked through Booking.com. And Booking.com couldn't do anything either. A reminder to book directly with a hotel. $40 per day for parking is excessive.

Location turned out to be great for our purpose. We didn’t need to be in “town” all the time and this allowed us to get to/from the hotel avoiding most heavy traffic times. Easy to get into the facility. Didn’t utilize the pool but property was overall clean. Older vibe but the room was clean and comfortable. Starbucks, some food spots, McDonald’s, Dunkin’s and Shell close enough by for a walk.

Only criticism was the service at the Shark Den restaurant. We would utilize our breakfast vouchers (paid for) and the service was very slow, except for days when 1 specific server was working. She was great. Not a deal breaker, but we just had to anticipate the extra time to do breakfast there before heading out for the day.

I was a bit apprehensive following some of the earlier reviews. We found the place to be clean and neat and the staff were cheery. It even had a small two-door refrigerator in the good sized room. It was perfect for our overnight stay for an early flight. The shuttle service was efficient and the small bar/restaurant made a really good pizza which was all we felt like after a big lunch. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was raining but that would be a welcome relief as well I think.

For a quick stay, the price seemed a bit high to us but was comparable to the other two hotels in the area. The bed initially felt a bit soft but we had a good night's sleep anyway.

Airport shuttle pickup was just fine. I find it very unusual that a hotel that close to the airport only has departures every hour on the hour. I had to leave much earlier than I desired. It should be continuous or at least every half hour.

the fact I was put in an additional add on building had to walk through parking lots, etc. and in the morning the exit did not work, no offer of using my key. I had to use the fire exit. The price was pretty high but you pay for location I suppose. The once an hour shuttle to the airport needs to change. It least every 30 minutes. The air conditioning unit was so loud I had to shut it off.

Great value! Exceeded expectations! Helpful and kind staff, accommodated our request of joining bedrooms for our large family. The hotel itself and the bedrooms were cool in temperature and clean. Although we weren’t there long enough to utilize them we did walk through the pool and restaurant and they were very well maintained and appealing! Bathrooms were clean and stocked with essential toiletries, enough for a family of 7! Rooms were spacious enough to hold all our luggage too! Loved how close it was to the airport. Made our early flight less painful. The shuttle to the airport was great!

Didn’t experience anything negative during our stay.

We were stranded right at the time of The Glitch and our flight was canceled. We were able to book a room however, they were at capacity for the night. The night manager ended up opening a conference room for all of us who were waiting for a room to set least lay our heads down. They started a list based on the order people showed up from the airport and they worked hard to get us rooms as fast as their staff could. By 10:00 my husband and I were finally able to get a shower and some rest. Thank you for helping us as best you could in such a terrible situation

At first the manager was unhappy and didn’t want us sleeping in the lobby. It took several hours before he found a way to work around and help until we could get rooms. The lighting in the hallways and the decor was rather dated.

The location is very close to the airport. The business center was wonderful. I was able to open documents online and print out hard copy right there easily without charge. In addition, the front desk staff was happy and helpful to mail the documents for me and provided envelop and sold me a stamp. It was all taken care of within 10 minutes.

My taxi driver had some trouble to find the exit to the hotel to get out the highway. I wish they would have a shuttle bus to the cruise port.

They let me check in early. I was tired after a long flight, so I really appreciate that. Free shuttle bus from/to the airport was nice too. You can catch city bus to go to downtown. Room was big, and it had a nice size refrigerator.

I found a few hairs in the bathroom. It was clean besides that though. Amenity is not great. There was hair shampoo, but no hair conditioner. The location was good for the people who want to stay near Honolulu, but there are no stores around there.

We often stay around the airport because we are transiting to an outer island… This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were not disappointed. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel clean and and offering many facilities like a restaurant and a small amenity store. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to a Starbucks. And to the airport if you are ambitious. There is a free shuttle, which we were grateful for. Mahalo to all for a wonderful stay!
