intimate and easy to get around

overall many of the areas could use a lift, an update and a bit modernization the window of our room (ocean tower) had a disappointing view. not a not nice view but a very ugly view facing the roof of what it seems to be connecting our building to the next one. if i saw pictures and I knew we would have booked a different hotel all together. we booked this primarily because of location (on the boardwalk) and it was not cheap. for $340 for one night only I did not expected this. Went there to celebrate my birthday. We asked for an upgrade and they asked for $60. Because of this experience with the room, I would never choose to go back if I have a choice. I prefer to know what I m getting for my money s worth and this was not the case.

Hotel was right at boardwalk, it had everything you needed. Room service was excellent, they made sure we had everything we needed it for our breakfast and it was a very good breakfast. Bed was very coftable.

The only thing I didnt like was that I had booked with booking.com then when I got there to check in they didnt want to give me the price i had with booking.com, they charge me more for the stay, they wouldnt even work something out with mr, I had no other choice but to pay wht they charge me.

I don't know if the Margueritaville restaurant is part of Resorts, but we were seated in a back corner where we couldn't see the band, and we were practically ignored. The food was OK, but we never were asked how our food was or got drink refills. As far as the room, it was comfortable and no problems. But we never stayed on the AC boardwalk before, and there is nothing there. When we did take a ride down to where the stores were, it was horrible with many homeless on the benches and walking up to you begging for money, others drunk and vomiting right on the boards. We didn't choose this location for the casino. We chose it for the boardwalk and ocean. So we checked out and went to OC for the remainder of our vacation.

Once we check in, all went well. Room was clean, and the bed was awesome. Staff were nice.

Check in was rough, it was on a Sunday. We arrived at 3;50pm and were told check in wasn't until 5pm. Line was long.When we booked our stay we were told check in was at 4pm. We had a long drive traffic was rough coming out of Phila. We were tired and hungry. The next morning we got up and called down to the front desk.We asked for a late check out and they said yes 12 would be fine. We got to take walk on the beach. It was really nice. Thank you.

Hotel is older and shows some wear, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom updated and beds were very comfy. Didn't like stale smoke smell in some areas, but room was fine. Great food options on site. Pizza place was super yummy and Nachos were great at taco joint. Glad Dunkin Donuts was on site too. All the staff we saw were very friendly and helpful-definetly made the stay nice. Room had a wonderful view and the new pool was AWESOME!!!!!! I would visit again just for the pool 😁 we enjoyed day trip to Cape May too-50min away. Overall- it was a great stay and location. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Stale smoke smell in casino, some hallways and some elevators.

This is an old hotel that was renovated at the outset of legal casinos in Atlantic City. so it is not one of the high rise glass monoliths. However once inside it is very well appointed with a good casino and a number of restaurants. One very nice thing was how easy it was to pull into the long drive and leave the car with the valet. I went with my adult daughter and son in law. it is on the boardwalk and we enjoyed a nice stroll on the beach. Despite it being February it was warm enough to be out with a coat on and visit another hotel. The service at the reception was excellent.

The only show was a rather raunchy comedy club. with local comedians. It wasn’t a ripoff though as tickets were only $20. Drinks were available for purchase but optional. it would not be to everyone’s taste and definitely r-rated.

Large clean rooms. Lots of choices of restaurants within the hotel. Location is close to other casinos and right on boardwalk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking. Would stay there again.

Seemed like it catered to an older crowd..but not necessarily a bad thing. Pool only open to families til midday. Nothing in room to tell you where things like the pool, ice machine or vending machines are located and could not get ahold of anyone on the telephone twice. Could hear loud arguments thru the duct work in the middle of the night on 2 separate nights.

Nicely laid out. After a couple of passes during my stay it was easy to navigate. The casino was great. Easy to access from the garage.

The showroom in the TC level. Poor design as sitting to the right of the stage could see the stage over the person in front of me. The bed was not comfortable-woke up sore-too hard. Our checkin clerk at the front desk and in the Margarita Store could feign some friendliness. The front desk passed our information with indifference-no warmth or welcoming demeanor-same in the gift shop. One garage elevator was out-no a/c in it and was stuffed past capacity-there was a long line waiting for it. I’m a 20 year retired Hotel Ops Manager from the Trop so I look for friendly customer service. Didn’t get it from those that I sited however, all of security gave friendly Good Morning’s and stopping random employees for directions/info-all were so helpful.

first time staying in atlantic city overnight my special needs daughter wanted to aee ACas many of her friends told her how nice it was...so i asked for a room so we could see the ocean...whrn i checked in i asked about the view and she told me it was a partial view of the ocean....when we got to our room it was gorgeous,,,saw the whole ocean...from our room to ocean it was around 500 steps the elevator was also very close to the room....was great

i didn t like that breadsticks wasn,t open...had to go to another location breadsticks i was told was excellant for breakfast...maybe another time

The room was supposed to have an ocean view. All I saw was a wall.I can send you a picture. It was a joke and false advertisement ! Also the pool was closed for renovations. I wish I knew. I would have stayed somewhere else.!
