Beds in particular were really comfortable.

Parking area was small, and this made it difficult to park with our car and attached trailer. Breakfast had very limited choices. If I were traveling for pleasure, this would not be the location I would choose, but very convenient to I-80.

The pillows were hard as rocks! Neither of us rested the best. Surprising, because everything else was wonderful!

The staff that booked ye in was kinda rude but the lovely lady that work evening so so very kind

The staff was extremely helpful with myself and very level headed and professional with some slightly aggressive customers who were hell bent on escalating the situation despite being met with nothing but cool, calm professionalism.

the location is excellent, near the highway, restaurants, and casino. The price and breakfast was great. additionally, the room was big and the pillow and bed was so comfortable.

The room itself was very comfortable and the location was great. There was a hair dryer which I was happy to see.

There was a shower chair that was stained and the light in the actual bathroom was very dim, but the vanity area was bright. Also, the breakfast didn't offer as much as we had at a Hampton previously.

Easy access to Interstate. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and opened exercise room for my spouse. Parking lot was well lit. Easy drive into Joliet.

Breakfast was wonderful. Great to see normal people waiting on us. Wasn't run by middle eastern people. Very clean.
