I booked this hotel for my parents, and they told me that they had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and they liked the location (very close to Kichijoji Station). They also said that the breakfast was really good and kept them full until late afternoon. They also appreciated having access to all the different beverages in the lobby area. The staff were also more than happy to help us when we couldn't use one of the power outlets to charge their phones. They quickly provided us with a power extension cable to resolve the issue.

Very close to JR train stations and within easy walking distances to many shops and restaurants in Kichijoji. Rooms are small as its a Japanese business hotel but enough for my purposes. Clean and functional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in this hotel countless of times since 2007 and will continue to stay here when I am on business trips or even pleasure trips just to be in Kichijoji

Some of the rooms were renovated and looked more modern but some still remain the old style ones with beige wooden paneling. These rooms look dated compared with the renovated ones. I wonder why they did not renovate all the rooms

Perfect location

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. Location is perfect for us but each time I stay there I can't help but think how badly designed the interior of the rooms are. The fixed furnishings don't allow for any room to lay open one suitcase let alone two. The twin beds are so close together that if you drop something between, good luck retrieving it. The chairs and table are all mismatched. The large office-type chair at the centre on wheels is the ultimate obstacle to moving around the room. The safe is badly positioned. The faux timber door covering the fridge door is unneccessary and provides yet another obstacle to be negotiated. So fix all this before I come back again and I will be very pleased.

We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.

The rooms are quite small but it's ok for a short stay (all the same in Tokyo I guess!). The breakfast buffet is amazing but quite expensive if not included in the room fees.

Great location with convenience to restaurants, the beautiful park, shops & the station. When I booked I was worried it would be noisy being close to station but it was really quiet. Beds were very comfortable. They also have a nice reception area to hang out in. Very good value.

Something would happen to the aircon in the nighttime. It seemed to be centrally controlled. One night we woke up hot & couldn’t get aircon to work.

Location near from JR Kichijoji station and very convenient to dining and shopping. Very clean and comfortable guest room even the space is pretty narrow but the necessary equipment and amenity are fully equipped both in room and common space of the hotel.

The air condition was not adjustable enough. We needed to keep the door opened to cool down inside room because of warm atmosphere even the outside weather was very cold.

The location in Kichijoji was awesome. The hotel is quite significant. Great breakfast experience. The foyer area is also great. Green products are important to this establishment -thus kudos for caring for the environment... Quite - serenity is important here...

The chair in the room slightly stained; the bed slightly hard; somewhat expensive but that is to do with the central location in a very good area of Tokyo...except for that, it is all good...

Excellent location to station, park and local wandering. Very close to eating and shopping, literally across the road. Staff were attentive. Great cafe and cocktail bar in basement.

Single beds were pushed together against a wall which made it very difficult to get in and out of one. This meant there was also no bed side table. Pillows very lumpy and hard. As bathroom had a large step up could be difficult for access, tall people would have trouble standing in shower.

I liked the location of this hotel, checkin was easy through the automated Kiosk. When our room wasn't in the expected configuration, staff was helpful in finding the right room. Easy access from the Kichijoji station, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby.

The photo on booking.com showed 2 twin beds, but the room said queen/twin. It was unclear when I booked which room I would get and it turned out it was a Queen when I was looking for 2 twin beds. We went to reception and they were able to accommodate us, but charged an extra fee per night for the 2 twins. I wasn't happy about that but the pricing was ok.

Location! Couldn't ask for a better spot. Super near to the station but not at a busy or crowded street. I love coming back to the hotel as it provides a nice calm vibe. The lobby is on the 4th floor and has amenities provided for you to take as needed. Rooms are bigger than expected and is well appointed. There's coffee sticks and tea provided in the room and a fresh water dispenser at the hallway.
