Clean rooms and staff are very helpful via email.

No elevator. Which needs to be considered especially travelling with kids.

Hotel in a quiet area of Shibuya that has a nice local feel. Many nice restaurants and shops close by.

I wish there was a manual in English that provides instructions on how to use the washing machine. We ended not using it and instead going to a local laundry because we were confused: all the buttons were in Japanese.

There is a water temperature system in place that was not great for winter stay

Very clean. Great value. Lots of towels and even pyjamas. Great to have a small kitchen and fridge. We used the washing machine and the bathroom drying room. We did have to buy laundry detergent but you can find it at any convenience store. Excellent bus connection to Shinjuku station or a short walk to Hatagaya subway station. No elevator in the building so if someone has mobility restrictions then it is not a suitable place. Even reaching the ground floor rooms requires the ability to use stairs at the hotel entrance.

We knew there was no elevator so it was not an issue but could make the hotel unsuitable for some guests

Whilst not on a main JR line, the walk to the station didn't exceed five minutes and it was a very short train ride to Shinjuku, but was still very convenient. Nice quiet residential area with lots of nearby facilities. Room was clean and a good size and would stay again!

Personal preference but I found the bed incredibly hard, along with the pillows. I was sleeping more due to exhaustion from the day and not the actual comfort. I would also have appreciated some instructions for things such as the washing machine, but that's on me for not knowing Japanese. There is no elevator but I knew that when booking.

The amenities were as described. The room was clean and we were given an extra change of towels. The position was increased at the heart of Shibuya district, with shops and commerce in proximity . Overall it was a great stay

The property does not have an elevator, so watch out if you have a big luggage Also, I could hear all the noises from the street downstairs. Fortunately the neighbour is quiet

Place was nice and clean just as advertised. We had some trouble going into our room but we were able to contact the staff who quickly arranged a new room for us, which was amazing

We had trouble checking in as the room they booked for us originally turned out to be the storage room, which led to some confusion and frustration at the start, especially in the hot weather, but thankfully it was resolved fairly quickly by phoning the staff

The room itself was excellent, clean and well equipped

The code I first received was incorrect so I had to contact Luana to receive another one, the problem was quite swiftly sorted but it wasn’t the best welcome No lift when we had heavy luggage The hotel’s messages on booking.com seemed to have been hacked and I received a phishing message linking me to a fake booking.com website… I don’t know if this is a booking.com or Luana Shibuya issue, but it made me feel uneasy about my stay.

We were here for a week and the apartment is nice and confortable. We loved the area, perfect to discover the local life but also close to walk to Shinjuku or Shibuya.

We were cold as there is not a thick duvet and they couldn't offer us any extra blanket. There is air conditioning but not enough to feel warm during the night (also difficult to keep it for too long as the atmosphere gets really dry). There is also some external ventilation over the beds and cold air from outside gets inside as it is not closing 100%.

Automated Checkin was fairly straightforward. Especially of you filled in your data prior to arrival. Many other people checking in at the door had trouble. Mostly because they didn’t do the pre access requirements.

Couldn’t count on quick access to accommodation staff. Phone number provided in room but like most tourist we did not have a cell line, We only have data (eSIM). (WhatsApp etc)
