Best located hotel we've stayed at to date. The SkyTrain, MRT and terminal 21 mall are a 2-3 minute walk away. Terminal 21 is our favourite shopping centre and it has fantastic food with lots of street food style vendors on the bottom floor. The staff are fantastic, speak a good amount of English and there are wonderful doormen that are always there to great you. The room is small but well cleaned and the shower is huge.

The room was quite small, but the location makes up for that. The rooms don't have a fridge which is hard if you're staying for more than a day and want to bring food back, but other than that the place was fantastic and at a great price. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location, pricing, and simplicity. Exit 4, Asok BTS, Soi 14, 200 meters walk. It’s so easy to use the airport rail and connect to the BTS. Plan on 50 minutes total and around 150 baht from the airport. Nothing fancy about the room. It’s on the small side but has good wifi, hot water, comfortable bed, clean linens, and cold a/c. Soi 14 and Asok BTS is directly across from Terminal 21 mall. Lots of restaurants and fast food choices. Right in the heart of Sukhumvit road. Soi Cowboy a stone’s throw away if you’re into the bar scene. Staff was very kind and professional. I recommend this place for a no frills type traveler.

Cleanliness. Sart to provide a TV Box with USB connection. Can charge phone via the USB.

No fridge. No cups. The shower gel box cover is loosely attached to the main body. Need to fill up a form when doing check-in. I filled it up twice as I had a side trip over the weekend and then came back. Their system doesn't know I am a member. I booked via Booking.com, but didn't they receive the info from the digital booking? Don't know why need to fill in the form and sign the front and back of it. Privacy consent? the form is a quarter of A4 and it is wordly.

the location is perfect if you want to commute around Bangkok since it is walking distance from BTS Asok/ MRT Sukhumvit. it’s also located in a quiet neighborhood and near a shopping mall, Terminal 21. several massage spas are also within the area. 24 hour front desk is available. key card needs to be tapped to access the elevator which makes us feel secured.

room is quite small for those with luggages. no closet and only a wall attached table is available for dining.

Great location, only 2 minute walk from ASOK BTS station. Next to Sukhumvit Road and popular entertainment areas. A big shopping mall TERMINAL 21 is also minutes away from the Hotel. Arriving from the Airport is easy. Airport Link to Phaya Thai, then BTS to ASOK, then 2 minutes walk. Staff was nice, checking process was quick. They work 24 Hours. With that location price was great. If you are a solo traveller and do not spend too much time at Hotel, it is a great accomodation option.

Room is a bit small but the price was great, also i am solo traveller, do not spend much time at the hotel, i go there usually only for sleeping. Therefore it didn t affect me much, but if you visit a couple or family, you would find the hotel room a bit small. In the room, would be nice if there were some tissues, paper towels.

Great location just off Soi 14. You can buy water and some treats at the hotel reception. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The value for the price is excellent for downtown Bangkok. It is perfect for a few nights, nothing fancy but excellent overall. Aircon and fan kept the room cool.

Only small thing was the soap dispensers which were a bit fidgety.

The staff helped me out in early hours as I had to catch my international flight and was already late. Trying to book a grab didn’t work as my card kept getting blocked and I didn’t have cash with me. They helped me out by taking my Vietnamese dong and giving me baht instead. I also loved the location which was literally right next to terminal 21.

No kettle in the room.

Clean and comfortable room in a decent location of Sukumvit area of Bangkok. I was here for one night on my connecting flight out of Thailand and chose this hotel because of it's location in Bangkok to the metro station and the nightlife of Bangkok. While it's close, there are probably other hotels a little closer to the activity - this hotel was about 10 minute walk from the night life of Sukumvit. The hotel staff arrange for my airport ride at a reasonable rate and printed my covid test results before my travels. Red planet hotels takes pride in their green approach and I like the fact they provide free drinking water for my canteen.

The internet in the room worked great on my first login - but subsequent connections from my laptop were hit and miss. The issue may have been with my laptop as my connection from my phone seemed more reliable but I think the issue is the authentication system used by the hotel wifi

Location was very close to Asok station BTS. Just one minute walk can reach the hotel. Area is quiet despite being in town area. Room and toilet is very clean, staff are very friendly.

Room was small but it's up to its price. No free toothbrush and toothpaste so you'll have to prepare or buy one. Pillow is a bit too soft, haha. There is no fridge in room as well.

Be very careful when checking in. I have stayed here a few times lately and they always ask me to pay when checking in, even though I have already paid via Booking.com. Usually I have a printed receipt but forget yesterday. They asked to be paid and I did only to find later (when looking at my bank statement) that I had already paid. Getting a refund from Booking.com is almost impossible as I am now finding out.
