Super-clean room and bathroom. Really nice decor. Loved the wood floors and the other wood accents, which gave the room warmth. The light blocking curtains were terrific - read: they were really light blocking! I think it was mostly business travelers when we were there, so it was super-quiet. There are a number of restaurants within an easy Uber-ride. Our absolute favorite restaurant, however, was Al Punto in the back of the shopping center across the street. (Who'd ever expect to find a high-end restaurant at the back of a shopping center...? Well, Al Punto is and it's within easy walking distance of the hotel.) Their 3-course lunch "menu del dia" (open till 4PM) is a fabulous deal and, in fact, a "steal" at Euro 16.95/person. (Please note, however, they don't speak English and the menu is in Spanish only.) The hotel's breakfast, which we had once, was OK but "nothing to write home about." Instead, we found a few little places in the Carrefour mall that served croissants, sandwiches, coffee etc. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable, large room with an enormous green tiled bathroom. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Good wifi in room. English spoken at reception. It is very nice to have easy private parking in an area without too much traffic. Short walk to shops. Restaurant had a limited menu but was very tasty and reasonably priced. There was a free bottle of sparkling wine in my fridge!

Coffee machine at breakfast was down. I couldn't wait for it or at the bar where there was a queue.

Weekend breakfast is from 8am which isn’t helpful when you have to leave to arrive at work site for 8am. Arranged to have breakfast for our group from 7.30am but had to sit in the dark as they wouldn’t turn the lights on until 8am.

The rooms were clean and airy, the breakfast was lovely, the staff made us very welcome. It was a lovely hotel. We travelled on motorbikes so was pleased to know they locked gates at night for safety, one staff member joked with us to see who was faster me or husband, he thought it was great to have a woman arrive on her own motorbike.

It was lovely, can't fault it. It is on a busy road, that didn't bother us but others may not like it.

Easy to find and close to the metro station. The room was clean and quiet. A good few bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Would use again.

Spanish hotels don't seem to have drink making facilities. We took a travel kettle and mugs.

The reception staff were good even remembering our visit a month ago They could not have been better Rooms are large and well equipped We were leaving early and would not be able to get breakfast so without asking they supplied a packed lunch

There is a nice Outlet just in front of the hotel. Good location for shopping. You can find everything you need in the room. Everything is well organised, except the access to hot water

There is no free hot water access. Far from the Center but close to nice Outlet.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Superior-Room was equipped with a fantastic bathroom. Everything was very clean.

The window should have been sound-proof, but obviously has got a small defect, so that the noise from the traffic could be heard. The mattress of the double-bed was soft but also a bit too shakey. We booked this hotel because of the good ratings for the breakfast, but sadly we were not very convinced of the quality during our stay.. Despite all, we would book this hotel sgain.

The property is very modern and new.

it was clean and the bathroom was second to none. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Even received a bottle of champagne on arrival.

Not a full English but filled a hole nice big bed quiet and clean staying again in June on the way home and would stay again no problem would recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown
