The hotel is ideally located for our trip from Santander to San Cayetano Murcia. We have stopped here twice and all facilities are ideal. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. A nice touch to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast room was so busy we couldn't get near the drink machine and hard to get to the food.

We would like to have eaten in the restaurant but were told it wasn't open and sent downstairs to the buffet. We had a meal in the local bar which we would highly recommend.

This is comfortable hotel very close to the airport with all services needed, internal parking, restaurant, gym, pool and free water for welcom. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows and good bathroom. I could work from my room on the desk.

Always a friendly welcome, the Avant is well situated for our needs. Very accommodating, nothing too much bother. Rooms very clean with a safe which is very useful. Just a good choice for a no frills stay!

A more reliable fridge in the rooms please. Not my favourite place to eat which is a shame as nothing much in walking distance.

The bed was so comfy and the sheets smelled clean! The staff was lovely and I made a mistake with the booking and they were really helpful and fixed the issue! The room was warm and clean and the bathroom was immaculate! Quiet as requested and spacious for all the suitcases and bags we were carrying! Parking available on site but also near the hotel so it's not necessary to park there!

The hotel had very good facilities and the staff members where very pleasant, the rooms where very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good and all the products where really fresh and tasty.

I had asked for a double bed and got only a twin room with two single beds, the pillows were very tough and had no alternatives offered at any time. There is no direct transport from torrejon de ardoz to the hotel and there is no shuttle transport being offered at the moment so it was either taxi for 9 euros or a 15 to 20 mins walk through the industrial estates.

Staff, were very pleasant and very helpful. Room was cleaned to a very good standard every time. Meals were nice and good price. Clean and good decor throughout.

Was not soundproofed as stated, rude, obnoxious bellend in next room snored every night and had the audacity to bang his fists on the wall when my loving wife and I were being acting carnally and I was yodeling in the furry valley.

The price considering a popular event in the area as well as it being clean modern and good facilities

We found multiple cigarette wrappers/boxes in the wardrobe and it was quite far out from the city but that isn’t really an issue

An ideal location on our way back from the ferry at Santander to our home in Spain. Excellent hotel with all amenities necessary for our stay. The evening meal was ok. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of foods for everyone. Would definitely use as an overnight stay in the furture.

Friendly staff, the accommodation was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The train station is about 25 minutes walking distance around 8 minutes. But the bus takes forever to arrive would advise walking less stressful.

The clean room, confortable beds and mini fridge. It was quiet, safe and the staff were very approachable and bilingual (Spanish, English)

Laundry service seemed to be priced to discourage its use. The pool was closed on Sept 20th, although the weather was still sunny and warm. The prices in the restaurant were a bit higher than in town, but they were affordable.
