That there was no body lotion to go with the shower gel.

-Room was clean and large -Plenty of free parking spaces -Large breakfast buffet with many options -Restaurant and bar inside the hotel -Good soundproofing both from noises coming from outside (highway noise) and other rooms -24h reception

-Having a car is a must if you want to move around as hotel is in an industrial area and does not have much to do around it -Mini bar drinks (2 still & 2 sparkling water bottles and 2 small beer cans) are not included in the room price -Room we stayed in needed renovation (paint was falling off from the walls at some points and the toilet flush got stuck once and would keep running even after flushing multiple times - eventually it stopped after multiple flushes) -Bed mattress was in bad condition (it would make noises when sitting/moving and one side was lower compared to the other)

Super convenient 'on the road' location just off the autostrada next to Como and the Swiss border. It's a fairly industrial location, but fine for driving in & out, a 6 minute walk from a small shopping center and large supermarket for supplies. Simple, but ok restaurant for a quick meal. Has rooms with dedicated parking boxes (incl EV charger) on the ground level with elevator to the room. Decent, large (210 x 180) bed, fairly clean, Professional staff that is used to high volumes of travellers.

The rooms are fairly clean but could use a deep clean in lesser accesible areas though (under beds/couch, some bathroom ridges. Idem for the inside of the building outside of the breakfast room. The only suitable power outlet for e European earthed laptop charger was above the tv.

Room was clean and large, car park available. Car is needed to reach hotel location. Nothing to do around, there is a small shopping center with supermarket at few minutes on foot from the hotel. City of Como (from where you can take ferry to villages on the lake) and lake Como villages can be easily reached by car from hotel. Lake Maggiore Stresa and Borromee islands (isola Bella and isola Pescatori) can be visited in a day trip.

Poor breakfast, not tasty and reduced choice for a 4* hotel.

The location is great for a stop when you travel, very beautiful hotel and dogs are welcome.

-The two men behind the desk were really nice and helpful. I asked the male colleague some questions and she kept answering for him which I found quit rude.. They asked if everything was good and I said “yes but the room was really hot” and she replied with: well yes I told you to take a bigger room with the dogs… The room that I had was 24m2…. a bigger room does not change the heat… - There is no room service and I think that would be a great asset to the hotel for people who don’t want to sit in the restaurant. - Mattresses are a bit cheap and probably old, not very comfortable

Very nice, big room, big bed, spacious bathroom, good facilities. Very clean! Staff friendly, polite and nice and always prepared to help. Breakfast buffet full of various options, always nicely refilled! Big and good parking, perfect for those who want to travel by car to Como!

From the facilities I guess only the tea/coffee maker in the room was missing. But of course it is a remark, not a complaint!

I booked two rooms and the hotel staff had it ready, next to each other and as per our request. There was a connecting door between the rooms that it was a plus for our stay. Bistro and breakfast were good. Staff we vary friendly, specially the staff during breakfast.

The service staff at the Bistro was overloaded, I guess they were not prepared for the amount of guests coming to have dinner the night we went there. But they remain friendly and tried to manage the situation the best they could. There is room for improvement here. Food was Ok

A good quality Hotel with easy access to Como and highway. Good breakfast, polite and helpful staff .

On my check in I got a room with my own garage and charger for Tesla. That was great until I checked out and they wanted to charge me additional nearly 30€ for that charger. Nobody had informed me about additional cost and it was not marked anywhere next to the charger that I had to pay.
