Everything looked great from the lobby to the room, bar and restaurant. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast food was great but not a relaxing experience as it was noisy (despite not being full). Fantastic location, wished we had been able to stay longer. Great price given the time of year (early Jan).

Minor issue with the bathroom layout - the shower door opens inwards which makes it hard to get in, especially if you want to run the water first! Everything! What a wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing, so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean and a very warm welcome. The Christmas decorations were beautiful too. It was mine and my daughter's (age 6) first trip to London to see the Lion king. We were greeted with warm cookies and then found a handwritten card and box of chocolates on our bed. My daughter thought it was the best place ever! We would definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious, we didn't try the restaurant - it looked incredible and I'd definitely eat there with my husband, but it didn't look very child friendly 😂

The only slightly minor detail (and not even enough to drop a star) was that the breakfast plates were cold, so our cooked breakfast was cold once we sat down, and they could have a slightly better vegetarian sausages on offer (they were very nice, we prefer a protein sausage rather than a mashed vegetable one with breakfast, but that's personal taste!)

I stayed with my 15 year old daughter. It was a good location for us as we only stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable and the whole room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was great.

The room was quite small and an odd shape but for one night it was fine. The channels on the TV were extremely limited and we couldn't put the sound up very much as it had been set very low and you couldn't put it any higher. It was also a very small telly and far away from the bed so I could hardly see the subtitles. This was annoying for me as I'm hard of hearing and have 2 hearing aids. It was very expensive to stay there. It's the first time we've ever been to London though so just the one night.

The location was fine and the staff were courteous and happy to help. The cleaner was also very helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and at a reasonable cost.

The room we were allocated was on the first floor which was comfortable enough. However I had been sent emails prior to our visit asking whether I would like to upgrade which would have been great and i had said I would pay the additional cost if an upgrade but unfortunately there were none available when we booked in which was disappointing. The furniture in the bedroom looked like office furniture - metal cabinets. The bathroom was dated and needed refurbishment.

Great, friendly staff. Upgraded room. Kettle and iron in room. Lovely lobby. Delicious breakfast. Lovely, glamorous bar. Complementary cookie on arrival. Easy to checkin/out. Clean. Shampoo, hand wash bod wash, conditioner and lotion in bathroom.

Bit basic and grey rooms, but had all the necessary features. There was a half-drunk bottle of water left on the side but everything else was clean enough. Noisy outside due to loose drain that cars were driving over and making a loud bang every time, it kept us awake a lot but the beds were very comfortable. Shower screen was too small so the water was going everywhere but the shower was easy to use and water was lovely and warm.

The head chef was absolutely amazing. He went above a beyond. I asked if he would make me an omelette and he did. The next day he came out to find me to make me another. His name began with ‘P’

I ordered a penne pasta for my sons tea. When it came I tried it as he would not eat it. It was so spicy with Indian spices. Considering it was a child’s meal it should have been plain. Was a little disappointed that his meal came out well before everyone else’s. I ordered them a pizza so my son had something to eat but was a little disappointed that I was charged for the pasta aswell.

The hotel had impeccable service, the quality and modern technology was superb, safety was great in the hotel, plus the breakfast buffet and friendly staff made the stay overall enjoyable and eager to return to a comfortable hotel.

The taxi services could have been more effective as, using a button to call for a taxi is certainly a great idea, as they do not have a ramp it’s a main road, the taxis had taken a long time to reach the hotel, so I opted to using Uber instead.

Good location , clean and very helpful staff . The bar area was lovely and welcoming.

Didn’t get checked in whilst about 3.50 which resulted in us having to cancel a reservation we made at 5. However we did get a free drink voucher which was nice. Room safe didn’t work , even though we asked for this sorting never was. Curtains runners broken , needed curtains as was on front street where you could see in and out and shower had a mind of its own.

Location was perfect and everything was close by, the beds where very comfy and the breakfast was one of the best we have had and the staff went out of there way to get us an early check in to make it easier for us to go out and do what we travelled to London to do

The shower in the room was really poor quality and our room was on the main road so was noisy, we requested a quiet room, we had a standard room this time and it was a massive downgrade on the king/queen rooms

The reception area and communal areas were very well decorated and warming. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The shower screen was fixed to the bath leaving a very small gap to get out of the shower. The sink was very close to the bath, narrowing the gap further. There wasn’t a curtain covering the window. The room felt very clinical with plastic type wall coverings. The room did not reflect the feel of the communal areas.
