good business hotel, clean, staff were friendly

breakfast quite poor for Marriott from my point of view, at check in at reception the staff blocked the whole amount on one card, I advised to pay right in the beginning, but she said no, I thought that at check out she will take blocked money, but NO, while check out she asked to pay again, thanks god I have the another card, but what to do in case you have your last money for hotel which already blocked?!

Excellent choice for the centre of Brussels. The location is great, close to the EU Institutions and close to Grand Place, the staff polite and nice, the rooms minimal and spacious!

Nothing in particular. Maybe the breakfast could be improved since everyday was exactly the same.

Rooms very clean; fridge; very good matrass; good (and easy to understand!) shower; shower soaps (cruelty free!); safe; coffee (Lavazza); willingness of personal to help and show attention to detail (kind gesture). Within walking distance from train station (Central).

Duvet was clotted (notwithstanding, we did sleep well). One night, the bar next door made a lot of noise (loud music) which could be heard inside the room on a high floor. Thankfully, Marriott offered us another room. No Netflix of similar TV (or only through your own account?); no Dutch nor Belgium (standard) channels on TV which is strange, we are in Belgium! Restaurant too expensive, and you need to pay about 7 euro for room service. Why not offer easy healthy menus to your hotel guests and lower room service fees? Tip: Marriott should make a case against the bar next door, terrorising their hotel guests with extreme loud music. Quiet rooms should not just be a plus, it should be a pre-requisite.

The check-in experience was smooth! We really liked our room as well, we definitely felt like we got a great deal for 3 nights in Brussels. The bathroom was cute and clean and I personally liked the modern office/working desk and chair provided in the room. The hotel is located in a strategic business district, and it's only a few meters away from the subway/metro station (Kunst Wet / Parking Loi). I love that they keep the traditional hotel standards for cleaning the room every day (without having to request it) - believe it or not, many hotels these days don't do that anymore and they just operate as if they're an Airbnb property. Another thing I love about the hotel is the amazing lobby and meeting areas. They have this vibe like a cozy cafe and/or co-working space and you can refill your water bottle with free sparkling water in their Nordic kitchen. Super thoughtful! I will strongly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU for anyone visiting this capital city of Europe, either for leisure or business purposes.

They forgot to put the hairdryer in our wardrobe, but it wasn't a big deal. I called the receptionist and staff delivered it to our room in just a minute. Same thing with spoons. We needed tea spoons and they were delivered immediately after I called in to ask. I feel that all the staff in this property are very responsive and professional. Not about the hotel itself - but one thing to keep in mind is that there are not that many restaurants open during summer in this particular area, so you might have to walk abour 500 m - 1 km away from the property to find a proper restaurant or diner.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are good sized and the beds quite comfy. I have appreciated the glass desk. It's a big plus as well as the big lamp for reading. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, which serves really nice drinks. The breakfast was OK, not a great variety but satisfactory! The hotel is located like 10 min walk from the square conference centre and it has a carrefour express near by which is convenient as well as some Italian restaurants. I would definitely recommend for a business trip!

Everything was great starting from the Checkin to Checkout. The staff was very kind to check us in early and the process was smooth and seamless. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was absolutely perfect with lot of cafes and the metro station was nearby which would take you to central places in few minutes. The breakfast and the bar options were good as you can make your own waffle 😀

The bed linens were bit stained which can be improved. The lunch and dinner food menu options can be more inclusive and diversified.

Clean, spacious and quiet room. All necessary items in the room. The hotel is in safe area around embassies and administrative buildings. It is important - you do not want to stay in the Midi station zone (specially as a woman travelling alone) Very close to Brussel Central station.Metro if few steps away.

It is a detail maybe but I would assume that chain like Marriot takes care about stuff like that - so the desk chair was so used that the surface cracked and looked like the item was taken out of trash bin. I do not expect high quality, leather, designer furnitures but something that is not disgusting to sit on would be nice.

It's well located in the 'EU quarter', 10/15 min to Schuman station, 10 min city center and just a min or two to Art-Loi station.The location is not busy and quite for central spot.Rooms a decent quality and good air-con. Breakfast was good, restaurant offer pretty good menu as well. Staff was polite and helpful. The lounge bar area is really nice and it has small gym room.

Breakfast was not bad but was the same every day, like a soviet kindergarten. Wifi was slow not enough to meet the demand. Also not nice the lack of water bottles in the rooms and single use slippers. Price was high but it's a central business location so understandable.

The room is very clean and spacious. I stayed for three nights and always get fresh towels, prepped bedding, new water bottles, and a new hand soap. I used Marriott Bonvoy points on my first two nights and they upgraded me to a room on the 6th floor, it also came with a welcome package of some apple thin biscuits which were lovely! Definitely coming back here. Good spot for travel workers like me! Very easy access to Arts-Loi metro which makes it easy to commute to different parts of the city.

Nothing. They were all perfect. Maybe they could try to renovate the exterior of the building as it looked outdated but everything inside was up to pr and modern!

The staff are excellent and the hotel is very nice. The location is excellent too, only two minute walk to a metro line or 15 mins walk from the city centre, and it's a nice walk. The room and floor was quiet which is very important for us as we like our peace and quiet in the evening to relax. The restaurant was very nice too with a good selection of food to choice from.

We noticed some stains in the carpet in the room. There was also some black marks on the wall. We understand it's hard to get everything perfect during short turnaround times for the next guests checking in so it's nothing major to complain about.
