Well located, close to the old town (walkable distance)

We stayed as a group of 2 families. Obviously, the offer to pay 36 eur per person for breakfast sounded totally unacceptable to us. What is the point of asking a price that most people will not accept even if they could afford this (our case). We can afford it but we don't want to because this is just not acceptable to pay 36 eur x 7 people for breakfast. We had to go to the nearby bookshop Filigranes that only opens at 10.00 on Sundays for breakfast, it was doable but not that great. The hotel should think again about their breakfast policy. If you ask like 15 eur, most people will automatically agree to this, maybe even 20 eur but you can forget about 36 eur and your clients go elsewhere.

Our room was large room and was beautifully decorated and furnished. The armchairs, desk, nespresso machine (and kettle) and the mini fridge (with bottled water) were so useful, it was great! The bathroom was a good size and the shower was enormous. The bathroom toiletries were fabulous. All staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The location suited us, we specifically chose the hotel for its proximity for the Brussel 20km run. But it is not in a tourist area and bars and restaurants are scarce - especially over the weekend. However there are 2 metros within walking distance.

Very kind and professional staff. We were on 7th floor and it was very very quite. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The size of room and toilette are medium size, but enough big for comfortable living for a week or more. Cleanless in rooms are wonderfull. Rooms are warm. Hotel is 2km from city center and 100m from metro station.

On 7th floor was stale air, and in room too, but less. It was intense, but not very strong. Opened windows didnt help. When we asked stuff, they told us it was about disinfectants, which I doubt it was about it. After 2 days, we used to the smell. They offered another room, which was correctly from them.

Thon Hotel perfectly met our expectations. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed, it was spacious enough and we really appreciated the nespresso machine available as well as the coffee capsules and the bottles of water provided. For those who find it important as I do, there was also an iron in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom too. The staff was very helpful and kind, they also provided me with a thermometer one day I felt sick and wanted to measure my temperature. The location is also convenient, there is a metro station exactly outside the hotel (2-3 stops from the center) but you can also walk ~20minutes the distance to reach the center.

Accommodation in the hotel was for 3 people. We were delighted as soon as we entered the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and modern, the receptionist who greeted us was very kind and accommodating, he gave us instructions about all the services we can use and informed us about the possibility of using the breakfast service even though we had not booked it in advance. The hotel room exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful, spacious enough, clean, the beds were comfortable, even the extra bed was firm and comfortable enough to sleep on. The street is busy but not noisy at night. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations, our sincere recommendations. All the staff we met were very friendly, helpful and professional.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is new, clean, classy and colorful. It is situated next to the metro and near important centers. Some streets away there is a bus going straight to the airport. Rooms are stylish and well cleaned. Water bottles, coffee and tea are provided everyday. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety

Beds are not inclusive of certain body types. No hair conditionner is provided and flow of water is unsuitable for long hair. We suggest quality revision for some dinner dishes. Most staff were pleasant and helpful, while some surprised us in a negative way... We chose not to reflect this in our grading

I love the location, the friendly staff that seem to speak so many languages and will answer all your questions. it was clean and stylish. I even use the gym which was fully equipped. I enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant during my stay there

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like this, but I was very excited about the breakfast. And I was prepared to pay the price for it. However, my eggs and my bacon were slightly cool. I did figure for that price that there would be someone making fresh to order breakfast items such as eggs Benedict. 

We booked a family (quadruple) room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was expensive but had very good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel is next to a convenient subway station and about 15 min walking to several good locations

The room was on a top floor but didn’t have a view, and only 1 window could be opened and only partially. Since the A/C wasn’t working very well, we had to keep this window always open so that the room wouldn’t get too hot. The hotel restaurant was relatively expensive and the surrounding area doesn’t have much offer, you need to travel a bit to go out to eat

Great location for work and nearby some very good restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is very good. They have a lot of gluten free options (good for me).

Im not a big fan of the color design (bright green) and the bed which was more like two twin mattresses pushed together. The blankets were also twin size- perhaps this was made because I was traveling solo- but a larger comforter would have been nicer. Aside from the aesthetic comments, overall, the hotel is very comfortable.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. Thor hotel EU is located to many attractions which are walking distance. The Metro is approximately 7 minutes walk to the hotel which is 6 stops direct from Eurostar station.

We booked a twin room with 2 separate single beds as advertised on booking.com, but what we got was 2 single beds pushed together as you would have a double/king size with 2 single duvets. It’s not beds we could have separated because it had 1 big headboard.
