Rooms are big and the ambiance is great

The room was really expensive given that it's quite far from the city center or nearby transportation hubs

The shower has a rain shower head but there was no door on the shower so the bathroom got really wet

room was small about 14m2 but was comfortable bed was good i sleep rarely in hotels but here sleep really comfortable. Very friendly personel, tram and subway very close so no problems in case of communication. In terms of price and comfort i would take this place again for sure.

Internet was too weak. You needed come close to the door side to get normal quality, even Whatsap audio cals sometimes were difficult to do. Table was to narrow a bit larger could be good.

For the price that you pay this is a very good accommodation, it's close to the metro station and the rooms are clean and spacious, I would stay again.

There were a few issues, it was very cold the first few nights due to poor window seals, the power went off a few times another night, and the WIFI range wasn't the best, but it's fairly easy to work around these for the price.

Helpful reception, elevator to go to the rooms, good size room, large bathroom with walk in shower, wi-fi was good, breakfast was quite good. The bed was really comfortable, room was clean, there was a real air conditioner in the room so I could choose the temperature that was perfect for me. Overall, the experience was better than what I expected.

It is a pity that in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels. I had to be very inventive. Apart from that, the rest was really good.

The location was nice as it was next (10 minutes walk) to the Brussels Nord station, but also less than a minute walk to the nearest tram station. As the hotel's window is on the street, it may be quite noisy, but we did not really mind that. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.

We had to give our credit card details upon checking in, presumably as insurance. I don't feel very comfortable with this, but I believe the alternative was to give a 50eur refundable deposit, which you'd get back on check out.

Polite and helpful personnel. Clean room, clean and comfortable bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillow. There is a market just at the corner. Location is good.

The only issue was the aroma of the cleaning detergent. They clean often, which leads to enhancement of the smell. I recommend the use of odorless detergent (or at least less aromatic) due to the soft flooring everywhere.

There was no facility to make a hot drink in the room. The breakfast was the same every day and was a bit limited if you wanted hot food. The shower was not enclosed so it was hard to stop splashes getting on the bathroom floor. There was also a strong smell of paint in the corridors outside of the room.

The room was big, the bathroom even bigger with a nice bathtube. The mattress was big and confortabe and the decoration nice and luxurius (though the some pieces of furniture were a bit old and second-hand-used).

The water was not easy to regulate between very hot and very cold: during shower and without touching the tab the temperatur turned slowly higher. The room was not cold, but not very warm. The soundproof was not good and sometimes it became loud outside. The hotel is located 25-30 minutes on foot to te city centre, on an avenue, but close to tram/subway stations (so depending how you want to move around it has its pros and cons). The receptionists were a bit slow and not so professional on service.

- The room would need to be taken care of a bit more (in some places the walls were scratched or a bit dirty). - A hanger for towels would be useful in the bathroom. - A classic switch for the bathroom light would be better instead of the motion sensor with very long time of keeping the light on (around 10 minutes).
