Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre

The hotel staff was very nice , the hotel itself is it a very good location providing access to all major attractions and conveyance near by. The rooms are clean and maintained.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected. There was hardly any space at one section between the bed and the table, this restricting luggage access to a part of room. But overall it's a good tradeoff for with the prime location and neatness of the room.

The room was really nice and had a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast had numerous choices and was available for several hours, starting from 6:30. Regarding the staff, their behaviour was always professional. The location was very close to the city center and just outside there was a metro station.

The only thing I didn't like was the control of the air condition which was a bit hidden. It usually is right next to the door when you enter the room, but in this case it was near the window behind the curtains.

Clean hotel and room. Nice touch with the daily complimentary water. Fun bar with shuffleboard and pool. Quiet rooms and I had a good view (20th floor), lifts were excellent no waits. Hotel was central around 10-15 mins walk to most sites. Botanical Garden a few mins walk away. Very close to metro station.

The surrounding area to the hotel quite dirty in my opinion compared to the area around the Grand Place, but certainly felt safe. Limited options close by for resturants and bars. Didnt use the hotel for breakfast as the price was very high, so lack of immediate alternative options wasnt easy. Felt it was an over priced room for the area but overall a good stay and better value for money compared to other hotels nearby. Staff were not the friendliest Ive experienced compared to other hotels.

The reception was friendly, the upper floors rooms had amazing view of the city, the hotel is very near to main train station and you get to hop in hop of bus right outside the hotel, the hosekeepung gave us small fans for better quality of sleep. The hotel as childrens gaming room, which is ossom for passing some time in the evening.

The airconditioning was programmed for winter, where as once the windows are closed, it feels less of freshair.. Due to security eeasons the window only opens 10% if its capacity.. In this high-rise hotel, however can ask housekeeping to provide fans, which woukd solve the issue.

The room was nice, There is a sauna and a fitness suite but i never got the chance to use it. Security was tighter than most hotels as you needed a room key to access guest floors. Buffet Breakfast on the weekend at 20 Euros is an absolute Bargain. Even at full price it is a full spread!

I had a friend stay with me for the first 2 nights and the duvets were separated (great!) but then when i was alone, I notified the team when my friend would be leaving so i can get 1 duvet rather than the separated ones. To my disappointment it was still the separated duvets. At around 4am, the "chiller" in the room decided to turn the room into a disco. The light was flashing frequently. Luckily it was resolved by the final night. Not massive stuff, just a small amount of stuff that snowballed together. All in all a great stay.

The location is very useful with great access to railway station, main metro lines and city centre. The rooms are clean and new and the beds are very comfortable.

The rooms are not the largest. There is very little space to move around the foot of the bed. For one person who only intends to use the room for sleeping and showering, the double rooms are fine. I can imagine for two people, the room size would be quite awkward if both people were in the room for a long period of time. While the location is extremely useful, the square at Rogier (approx. 100m away) is not a nice location to be at night - lot of drunks.

This is a great hotel at a competitive price in a very busy area near the EU buildings close to the Rogier metro station. The hotel is very big (29 stories) and I was staying at a room in floor 25 so the panorama from the window was great. The room was recently renovated and looked fantastic. I would repeat for any trips that require me to be near that area.

There was a Nespresso coffee machine and complementary capsules but the placement of plugs in the room made it very awkward to prepare coffee. Electrical plugs near the desk are a must for business minded hotels.

There is a functional gym and great sauna on 29th floor! :) Andrew was very helpful receptionist who swapped my room from east to west, from western side there is a magnificient city view while in east there dull view to the backyard. Thanks, Andrew! ;)

I was on a bit late in arranging my booking, so most of the Brussels was sold out and I paid way more than I'd if I did it earlier. But, well, this was my own fault not Thon's - have to plan better next time!

A fully equiped hotel in a very central location. It was pricey as you would expect for the location but the rooms were clean and comfortable with all amenities. Our side of the building was facing another building so the view was not much, but that was to be expected.

There was a faint smell coming from the air conditioning system that probably means it needs some cleaning. The rooms are very close to each other with not the best sound insulation, but good enough.
