City Aparthotel München - KOOS Hotel und Apartments

The location was perfect for us & having a washing machine helped as well as we had been travelling for a number of weeks.

Breakfast, musical system and staff(especially lucas, he is the best) perfect and also hotel is the center of the city

Liked the reception staff the best! Hats off to Kacy and Lucas. My family had stayed in a Studio apartment and a 1-BR apartment with a living area (with 2 sofa beds and its own closet cabinet) and a kitchenette. The bathroom was also big, complete with a washing machine under the sink counter. The in-house laundry room was also a plus!

Our unit was on the top floor of the main apartment building and we noticed there was a "smell of sewer" from the bathroom when we entered the room, probably caused by a faulty pipe installation because despite using the bathroom to allow water to flow down the drains, the smell persisted.

EVERYTHING was amazing! The room, the location, the whole hotel, and the staff… the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. We just got home last night and I already miss our hotel and the staff (who felt like friends by the end of the trip) the breakfast was SO GOOD. Some people wrote reviews saying it was too expensive but you get mimosas, all you can drink lattes or coffee of your choice and it’s a buffet with such a nice variety that we chose to eat there every morning because nothing else was as good or as easy and comfortable. Ughhh I miss it so much! I woke up dreaming about their breakfast this morning!

I loved everything. Quick note you do have to request housekeeping they don’t just come. I actually really liked this because I don’t like the idea of someone potentially coming into my room when we’re not there so we knew what day they would be coming because we made an appointment. Housekeeping is super great and very friendly! Don’t forget to tip your housekeepers they work so hard ❤️

Very nice property near the city center. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing suggestions for where to visit in town and day trips. Short walk to many points if interest and public transport. The area is very busy with construction, but that is much if Munich right now. The windows were very good at dampening any street noise or nearby construction.

The accomadation was clean, comfortable, and much better than we were expecting. The staff were friendly and willing to help you at anytime. Even when we had to extend our stay due to train strikes, they went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in the same apartment. The self contained apartments had everything you could want in there. The hotel/ apartment only a ahort walk from the train station and other modes of transport. Local shops sold most things..lidals on 6-7 mins walk.

The only downside was the 15-20 mins walk into the altstadt to where the majority of restaurants and eatries, at this time of year when temp is mostly -5 degree or more, the walk can be a little long.

I've been to lots of places in Europe. This is the awesome apartment that I have stayed and beyond my expectations. The apartment is very clean & affordable. The location is at the Munich town area. Halal food & restaurant are located around the area and within walking distance. Great place to stay for family, and it's has a kitchenette as well as breakfast. They also have washing facilities. It's strongly recommended, and you won't regret it. Thanks to all KOOS staff & management for having us. Thank you!

It's all great.nothing to commend

Very good hotel. Good location, close to the train station and downtown. We got a room upgrade. Large room. Good heating system. Free DIY laundry. Sufficient but small kitchen. Clean room.

Friendly staff, except for one woman who informed us that there was no supermarket open near the hotel at night. We discovered an open Rewe City very close to the hotel, open at night. Room lighting was poor at the entrance. Cigarette smell in the hallway.

An outstanding experience at this apartment! Comfortable, affordable, and the staff couldn't have been more gracious. From the cozy interiors to the reasonable pricing, every aspect exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to the incredibly kind staff for their exceptional hospitality. Truly a gem worth revisiting! Exceptional washing machine and dryer facilities! Easy to use, efficient, and always spotlessly clean. Whether it's a quick refresh or a full load, these machines get the job done with ease.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Apart hotel is modern and largely well run. Our room which had a kitchenette was very good and functional. It's a great multicultural part of Munich to stay, with lots of great restaurants nearby, like the Bab al Yemen and La Vecchia Masseria. It's really handy to the tram, Hbf, U and S bahn, as well as the City. We didn't try the breakfast as we thought it was too expensive. The staff were wonderful and friendly on all occasions. We would stay again!

One evening when returning after dinner we were locked out of our room corridor due to a fault. It was fairly stressful waiting for an hour not knowing if or when we could get back into our room. In the end it was fixed and the hotel gave us some compensation - some credit to them. The desk staff were very good but they were overwhelmed with different issues: more staff are needed on duty during the evenings. Also, our room faced Sonnenstr. and there were often emergency vehicles passing with sirens blasting. You could close the double glazed windows, so it was ok.
