The pool is amazing, very long and cleaned every day. For those who like long pools, will be very entertained because the length of the pool is more than 50m. The room is also quite spacious and clean. The balcony is also convenient for enjoying the mountain and hotel views. The variety of food is quite a lot.

This hotel is located within a complex and a golf course, so it's very convenient to walk around the hotel, but I couldn't find a place to hang out within walking distance. All needs can be met from this hotel so you don't really need to look outside, but if you want to look for something else, you need more effort.

friendly environment , big area and a lot of fun activity

the staffs are not friendly, I was here 2 years ago and still no change , starting from the staffs at loading area , restaurants and all housekeeping , need to be trained for service education with smile and helpful

We booked a superior twin room and got an upgrade to a lagoon deluxe twin room. The room was big enough with 2 queen beds for 2 adults, a teenager and 2 children. We love the comfy beds, clean rooms, big pools and the kids pool. We also love the deer and rabbit park. The hotel was big with green beautiful landscapes and fresh air. This is our second time staying here. Will love to stay again next time. Definitely one of our favorite hotel for staycation.

I like that the hotel has many facilities to enjoy in a staycation. It has a swimming pool, park where we can do mini sports and where kids can play, they have a mini zoo, we can feed the fish in the pond, interact closely with the rabbits and feed them carrots, feeding the pigeons, the deer, and they even have a pony for kids to ride on! Not to mention the enormous open space with garden chairs for us to just chill (if it's not raining). We can rent bikes there and it's free. I enjoyed riding the bicycle in the morning with the mountain view. I also got a room with a mountain view that is just perfect.

I wish the food could be better in taste and varieties. And i think it would be better if the hotel can turn the lights on at the garden in the evening so people can hang out there and not get the creepy vibes as it was so dark.

The staff were very accommodating - extra towels, extra bathrobe, air freshener were provided. The restaurant staff and the maintenance were also very friendly. The receptionist was welcoming and engaging.

The smell of the room upon arrival. It was reeking of cigarettes so I requested a freshener. My suggestion is to air the room well and perhaps put on the AC two hours upon confirmed check in time.

Excellent activities for children. The rooms are very spacey, clean & comfortable. Very good food & excellent breakfast. The vast open space of greenery.

The twin queen bed and the view. We have 3 kiddos, usually we need two room in our trip. Value for money.

The breakfast so so and no warm pool. Definitely need warm swimming pool for kids.

Room is clean, there are 3 pools. You can feed the deers, the rabbits, the fishes. Lots of activity for kids. Atv needs some maintanance though, flying fox is too short trip but it's okay just for kids to have fun. Not far from jakarta, and in the golf course area so it's definitely worth it to stay and relax for a few days.

The pools, very big. The park, fun to play with our children. The view, it's cool when night we can enjoy the light from mountain and in the morning we thankful can see the beauty of mountain.

In this pandemic situation, we understand if hotel implemented the healthy procedure on breakfast restaurant. So we can't take ourselves when pick the food. But it can be better if the resto staff more friendly when serve our request.

Good location. Fresh air. Excellent view. Twin sharing room with 2 queen size bed.

The cleanliness in the room. Some part of the bed was peeled off so can hurt your foot.
