18 Suite Villa Loft at Kuta

the whole staff was perfectly kind and helping, my husband had his birthday during the stay and for our breakfast served to the room we got everybody from the staff singing happy birthday in our room, then we got a free cake to the room. The bed is very comfortable, location is also very nice.

the pool was a bit cold and the water was not so fresh (a bit greenish), there were some parts of the room that needed better cleaning but that is possible to improve with the really good staff

stayed at this villa for three nights last few days before Imlek holiday.last year when i visited kuta,i came here to have a look,cuz i want to request a more sunny viila,the staff recommended no 6 to me.yes, when i actually stay here,that villa quite sunny.especially around 10 am to 1400pm. after that ,due to the sun position changed, the sunlight might not cover the pool. breakfast here is huge and delicious, there are four packages,namely American, Indonesian,Vegetarian and Healthy, i tried three of them, except Healthy one. i love mie kuah and kiewtiu kuah in Indonesian package, they are delicious,each package consist of juice, coffee or tea and fruits.American packages is big. you can choose from scrambled, sunny sideup, omelete and boiled egg,plus many other dishes.i tried floating breakfast twice. it is free of charge,very special experience for me.the room is quite big,with aircon,TV, there is a kitchen outside of the room, comes with a fridge. a bathtub is outside of the room,if bathing in it, you can see the pool.a nice design. facilities is complete here.staffs are helpful, especially a female staff at night shift who suggest me to try floating breakfast. thanks to her. the location is good,close to discovery mall, very satisfied with the stay, had a wonderfu villa life.highly recommended!

TV will suddenly switch off,have to switch on again, dont know why.

Unexpected room arrangement over three levels, it's important to note that the main bedroom resides on level 1, and the second room (ideal for kids) on level 2. For some, this multi-level setup may pose a challenge, differing from the conventional rooms-on-the-same-level expectation. Additionally, the co-location of the dining area and hand/dish washing basin on the same bench might not suit everyone's preferences. Some may find this arrangement less than ideal due to personal preferences regarding meal preparation and space utilization."

Ideal location with a shopping mall 2 minutes in either direction and lots of stalls and restaurants between. Close to the airport and strangely quiet in the middle of busyness. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I requested the villa with the larger room, it didn't get a lot of sun but was very spacious and comfortable, so if shade and a cool pool is what you'd like then this villa would be perfect. I would stay again but would like to try a different room, I did specifically request this room and the staff were very helpful and responsive in reserving it for me.

The villa we had was so nice with an outdoor kitchen area and an outdoor pool. There’s also the sweetest cat who lives in the complex! Her name is Alexa and we loved having her around! The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help with anything you needed. The main hotel pool was lovely also, gets sun mostly all day and was warm enough to swim in!

Our villa private pool was in shade most of the day so was too cold to use!

Stunning qwerky rooms .. perfect for our honeymoon .. we booked the night before as the hotel before was a disgrace in nusa dua.. we checked out early and payed for this one .. best thing iv done ..we had an amazing stay.. perfect location .. safe and friendly .. proper luxury.. Well worth a try guys . You won't be disappointed..

Great property. Lovely room and facilities. Staff were great. Highly recommend. We only stayed for one night but that night was great after our flight. Lots of good restaurants around especially the Irish pub across the road :) Shared pool out the front was lovely too.

Pool was a bit cold which I didnt mind but not suited to my daughter.. lol, because it didn’t get any sun during the day. Air con was great.

Nature friendly, spacious, private pool is nice, location is near the beach and shopping mall, staffs are friendly and helpful

The facility is a bit old, busy street and easy to get traffic jam, water is leaking from private pool to kitchen floor

This place is just amazing, worth every penny you pay for it. The room are amazing, very suitable for honeymoon. The staff here are great and super friendly, kudos to them especially the 3 girls at the receptionist area who always greet us everytime we pass thru the area. They provided you a bicycle to explore the area which is super nice.
