Beautiful lobby and the room, large variety for breakfast. Good location on the main road. I got it with 70% discount, so I liked everything:) wouldn’t go for the full price (€110), overpriced, considering that huge rats are running around the swimming pool in the middle of the day. But I guess it’s Bali thing, I still gave the maximum points for cleanliness as it looked clean and well kept after in general.
Room was too cold, I struggled to warm it up. Rats in the swimming pool area.

Staff were great- thank you for letting us stay an extra hour Breakfast was plentiful and tasty It was fantastic value for money The balcony was a bonus Swimming pool was clean There is a great spa next door (outside of the hotel) Rooms had a view to a pool which was great as Kuta is normally super loud OVERALL, FABULOUS VALUE FOR MONEY
The place could have been cleaner - the corners in the room, as well as in the bathroom but it was all great overall and we would be back. Previous to that we stayed in a 5* spa hotel and it was comparable but 4 times cheaper

Price was fantastic. Staff were amazing, so friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.
Nowhere to hang clothes to dry. No escape from heavy smokers.

Excellent location. Restaurants, 24-hour shops nearby, shopping centres down the road. Room - splendid. Clean, welcoming, comfortable, relaxing. Very clean and looked after pool. Service - exceptional, led by front desk Agus. Thank you.
WiFi - bit slow and could only connect to Facebook and email. Didn't bother much as we were out most of the time but could do with better WiFi connection.

Very clean facilities, friendly staff and a great location just a few minutes away from the main area in Kuta which means it's nice and quiet. Very close to the airport and many restaurants around. Would absolutely stay here again.

room 158 smelt like mild thigh the aircon and the bathroom curtain had mold and shower head was horrible . needs replacing .

I would like to believe that it was one of the pioneering hotels in Bali. The feels arent so modern and a bit outdated, but you can see that it is still well maintained. Each unit has a balcony, so that’s also great. Bed and pillows are comfy. Rooms are spacious.

This is a nice hotel with lovely staff. I had a room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The included breakfast was very tasty and substantial. I had a late check in but the staff were available to help me to my room very late at night. The rooms are facing the pool with a small balcony outside. It is quite close to the airport so good for a late arrival.
There were no problems at all with this hotel.
