Pool clean and challenging not to take a dive. Room clean, however, needs some more attention, cause of normal wear and tear. Breakfast good to start the day with.

Bed linnen, towels, etc, have had their time. Small little repairs on the cabinet doors etc. The street side is used by youngsters to gather and chill, which is very loud at night hours.

The location was good. The campus was very peaceful. Beautiful flowers and full of greenery. A person in need of peace should choose this place. The beach was just 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was very good. It's continental buffet breakfast. All the staff weather at reception, or Gardner, or cook or cleaning person, everyone was so kind , put a smile on their face, and always greet you, and was helpful.

There was not much to dislike. The TV in my room was not working. And the cupboard doors and bathroom doors need some repairs. That's all.

Everything was up to my expectation and exceeded. Wonderful facilities. Great breakfast is included in your booking. Dinner was tasty and at a very reasonable price. The swimming pool is fantastic and super clean. The reception made transportation arrangements to go to Denpasar Airport at 4: 00 am.

The room was nice and always clean, Air-conditioning is very efficient and quite.. Hot water is always available for warm showers.

The pool was ok and the personnel was very kind and efficient.

The toilet did not have curtains and It was water splashes when we took a shower, but the house keeping was all good.

Location is very convenient for my needs. Cleaning is good if you do not stay in the room first half of the day. Otherwise they don't clean. Food is really good in the restaurant (by menu). Aircon is very powerful in the rooms. Water pressure is very good as well, even on the 3rd floor. Decent breakfast for its price (almost doesn't change though).

Terrible WiFi. Can only use in the morning (speed up to 10mb/sec. In the evenings Internet never works - even messengers do not send text. No electricity plugs near the beds (except for the executive rooms maybe). Very noisy music in the restaurant every Friday evening. It maybe a good idea to make such parties sometimes for these who like it but it really annoys those who don't like very loud singing. Some may find that furniture is outdated and old but it still works well and the price per night is low so no reason to complain about it. But regarding WiFi it's easy to fix - just to widen the channel by paying some more to the provider.

We booked in here for 2 nights so we could organise transport up to Candi Dasa. Excellent location, moments from beach. You could see the airport from the beach, you could even walk to the fence line, but it wasn't noisy. There were a choice of different warungs or restaurants available in a short distance. Would stay again and would stay longer

The mattress was hard, which wasn't too bad but the pillow was like a concrete paver. There wasn't a lot of choice at breakfast, would have preferred more than 1 choice of fruit but it was not the same fruit every day.

Good afternoon! I want to leave a review about this beautiful hotel. my seventeen-year-old daughter stayed here in August 2023. I want to say that the kindest and most attentive people work in this hotel, this is a fabulous place in all respects, my daughter was given maximum help and support from the staff here. I am eternally grateful to these people for their kind and open hearts! I also want to note the beauty and care of the territory, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, delicious food. Everything was at the highest level! Thanks!

Room is clean spacious and comfortable. Lovely to have the kettle available. Beautiful gardens and a peaceful setting.

We asked the staff to book a bluebird taxi for a 4.30am pickup, the same as we had done approximately 6 weeks earlier. (With no problem) The front desk told us in great lengths that it was impossible. 1. Bluebirds could not be booked the day prior to the booking. 2. Bluebird office did not open to 8am and that is too late for you. THEREFORE your only option is to book a pickup at 100,000RP. Seeing it was such an early pickup and the hotel is quite isolated to main roads and my husband has health issues I decided to pay the extra for "Their" high cost driver. This leaves a feeling of being railroaded and puts a slight blight on our stay.

the rooms were well equiped with all the things to make your stay comfortable .great value for money .the pool area has many pool chairs finding one was never a problem. the breakfast buffet was more than adequite toast.pastries . fruit juice. condiments .salad. bay marie items changed daily. egg station. great value for money could not fault. the staff could not be falted they are well spoken and more than willing to help with your inquiry. 50 metres to the beach walk that runs all the way to seminyak the road right next to the hotel takes you to the main road and resturants etc .would highly recomend this hotel

no floatatin devices for the pool (older type deep pool there is a shallow bit for kids)(you can buy a noodle from the shop if its a problem).information boards(menus)for people to buy drinks and food.in pool area

This place is the jewel of Kuta …great location …beautiful gardens …magnificent staff made us feel very special …The food was magnificent to say the least ….didn’t need to eat out …price was cheap. But the quality and flavour was beyond anything I have eaten in my 23 years of travelling to this island. The Chef here should be serving his delicious meals in the best hotels in the world ….!!!!

Cannot fault this hotel ….just Perfect …
