Close to airport , easy check in , quiet room , clean room , great pool ,

Breakfast area a mess , lots of smokers , food average , and pool towels a bit of a effort to supply , I have stayed here at least 20 times / word without a lie as it’s my go to from airport and last night in Bali I have NEVER been offered an upgrade or a pool access room But I guess I’m only there one night but no extra for loyalty

Location was great close to everything, airport shopping centres restaurants!

Smell- the room smells a bit like toilet

The room and food was nice

I got charge after Check out 4 hours. When I checked out all was good and no issue and I even confirmed with the reception before I kept my bagage few hours in there (we have late flight and check out was 12pm) and then when I came back to grab my bagage they charged me for stain on their pillow (I dont want to argue with them so I just paid it )also we lost jacket that we kept on the top of the bag but then the staff just ignored us and then pretended they were looking for it. It was not really good experience though

I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, using it as a base for exploring the nearby islands. Essentially, I only slept and had meals here. The hotel's restaurant offered tasty and reasonably priced meals. Its central location made it easy to access various places. I particularly enjoyed using the pool during my stay. I recommend this hotel as a great central hub for exploring the surrounding area.

The facilities (pool) and the location

AC from number 1110 it was straight to the head and body. And the model is without remote (it is wall-adjuster model). The water from shower had a bad smell. The breakfast menu for 9nights is almost the same (fried rice, porridge, watermelon, jams), not to much variations.

We booked a room so that we had somewhere to rest before our 11pm flight so we didn’t stay overnight. we arrived in the morning to drop off our luggage before heading to Waterbom for the afternoon and they were able to find an available room for us so we could get settled into a room straight away. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is a walkable distance from Waterbom and very close to the airport so it was perfect for us. A few bars and restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores and shopping. We didn’t use the pool but I dipped my toe in and the temperature seemed nice. it looked nice and clean. Bar next to the pool had some nice looking cocktails. Room was modern and clean. We got a very cheap rate so we feel we got more than our money’s worth.

We could hear a fair bit of noise in our room from kids playing in the pool. Nothing particularly fancy about this hotel, but it’s clean and modern.

Very convenient location, close to many amenities, airport, food and shopping. Great starting point to travel to other parts of Bali. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable pool with some free activities.

The bed was big but too firm for me and my wife, woke up with sore neck and back, but probably we are just used to softer mattresses. Many massage places around the corner anyway.

Good place to stay that’s close to airport for your first few nights in Bali. Best TV I’ve had during my stays and breakfast was enjoyable. Bed was huge and I had a balcony on the 5th floor. Overall I would recommend staying here if you need a place close to the airport, would recommend.

Not much to say that’s bad, only thing is when I stayed here it was during a storm, and my door was close to an opening in the building so it got battered by the rain. Other than that it was good.

The hotel is good enough for me, worth the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Patiently answered all my requests, really thankful for that. The airport shuttle who picks me up at airport is really a nice person. The receptionist also greets me with a bright smile even though I'm checking in at late hours. Shout out to all of them! I will come n stay here again next time! 😁

Basically, everything is good for me.

the location of the hotel was ideal and only a 10-15 minute walk from most places in Kuta which was great. the staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious and cleaned daily.

sadly the facilities in the hotel still weren’t open since covid so we were unable to use the spa which was a shame and the pool bar only served a very limited number of drinks, mainly cans, which was a shame. but a lovely hotel none the less
