Parigata Resorts and Spa

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nice room overlooking the pool area but nice and quiet. Curtains dark and room was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was nice and all meals we had there were tasty and affordable.

Only problem we had was with other guests hogging the seats by the pool and leaving their belongings on them when not in use. Would be good if hotel employees moved towels from chairs not being used so everyone could have a fair share. Pool was good.

the beds in our rooms were a little too hard for us, the breakfast was a little basic, we also didn't like that guest were allowed to put their pool towels on the pool chairs early morning and leave them there all day just to 'claim' a chair, there were many days when we couldn't get s seat at the pool but there were at least half a dozen with just towels and a magazine sitting on them for hours on end. Very rude guest but we felt the staff should do something about it.

I’ve been to Bali 7 times and this was one of my favourite places. A secret I probably don’t want to share and can’t wait to come back. Beautiful, green, quiet and central location. Travelled with my older father and they upgraded him to the downstairs deluxe room which was incredible and perfect for someone who needs help with walking. Great team of staff. The rooms are cleaned beautifully each day.

Breakfast buffet would be great. Pool is a little smaller than pictured. But small number of guests so never felt crowded.

excellent location and nice large rooms with a comfortable bed.

pool area can get busy with not enough lounges or seating in the shade. bathrooms and shower are a bit tired. for example the shower is over the bath. also note their are no lifts and only stairs to levels 1 and 2. This made accessing our room more challenging throughout our stay.

Room was large and well presented. Massive bed. Great sized balcony. Wardrobe good size. Fresh water every day, tea and coffee facilities.

Overall it was ok but some things need a little maintenance. Such as the doors need to open and close a little easier.

The room was clean and huge. The pool was great. Staff were very helpful. Cleaners were great, they came when they said they would and did a great job. Nice short walk to the beach and free bike hire. Good value for money.

Shower would change temp (had good pressure though)Some things weren't running still, tv reception was poor. Common areas were a left a bit dusty and in need of more cleaning and maintenance.

The staff were lovely and it is 1 minute from beach and one minute from high street. Pool great but if it was at full occupancy that would be problematic

So...needs renovation. My room had no safe and the fridge was locked with no key. My sons room had a safe but that was locked and no instructions. My bath had a big crack in it, the doors in both rooms were sticking . It's a great hotel staff are lovely but also breakfast is a bit limited and with a little tlc this would be a 4 star hotel. Great for the price but little things. Communication was amazing

We stayed in the Parigata Resort for 4 nights and we loved it. Friendly staff and beautiful spacious rooms. The garden and swimming pool are lovely. Location is perfect: a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. I booked a pedicure in the spa and the lady did a good job. The only thing we were a little disappointed about was the construction work beneath our room. It would have been nice if we were notified beforehand. Thank you Parigata for the lovely stay! We really enjoyed it: the friendly staff and beautiful Sanur!

the location was excellent. staff were very friendly.

the toilets didn’t flush easily. the number of guest putting there towels on chairs are the pool then leaving for long periods of time. staff should be really firm, on telling guest not to do that.

Great location to stay in Sanur if you are interested to go diving or want a quite place close by beach. Convenient to go to Nusa Penida- very close to the port. Closer to other diving places than Kuta/Seminayk. Room is big and clean, hotel is 2 mins walk to beach and main street with restaurants. People are nice.

The facilities are a bit old though. From main street to hotel has lights but from hotel to beach don't, so a bit dark to go to the beach at night
