Hotel Palm Garden Bali

The location was good, nestled inbetween some big name hotels. Very near to shopping, restaurants and the beach.The staff was friendly and helpful. A really nice find!

The road leading to it is very difficult because motorbikes from the large hotel workers park their motorbikes on it taking up half of the road. Cars dropping or picking up guests have a difficult time sometimes having to back out allowing another car to pass in the opposite direction, literally making it one lane. The restaurant offered a very limited breakfast and hours. However there are many restaurants and Warungs nearby.

Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Close to beach and restaurants. Cosy atmosphere. Nice garden with pool.

Overall the interior looks a little tired and outdated.

The room was large and comfortable with Bali wood carvings and paintings. There were two enormous bedrooms that housed my family of four easily. The hotel is located very near the beach and the main road however its very quiet. The grounds and pool are nicely laid out with lush green spaces. The entrance to the hotel and the breakfast area have intricately carved panels and statues which are marvelous to see.

The WIFI was very slow during the day. The Breakfast was sufficient but not very wide ranging. The wall at the end of the pool needs repainting

Palms is a small unassuming, older hotel that was built in the earlier times but of substantial quality. As in the walls are thick and solid, keeping the rooms cool without the need for air con. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, each had a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Main living area is small and compact, felt homely and a bookcase full of books! I wish I’d had more time to lay around the pool reading, but only had a short stay this time. Breakfast is included but we didn’t eat so can’t comment. Maybe next time... Things I liked.. Great location, a short walk to beach. Beautiful hand crafted wooden beds and local arts. Small hotel so limited guests... aka quieter around the pool area. Security. Lovely gardens, Each room/ suite had an outdoor sitting area with good seats. Good staff that helped out, this was handy as our flight was 6 hours delayed..meaning we didn’t get to hotel til 4am and they arranged a pick up for us from the air port.

Nothing I didn’t like. It was well priced and a convenient location.

Pool was excellent. Limited number of sunlounges around pool. Breakfast was adequate for the money…basic continental breakfast. No options for dinner. Limited options for drinks around pool. Resort close to everything including good swimming area at the beach.

We booked a number of rooms. Deluxe two bedroom suite was excellent. Extremely large unfortunately in contrast one bedroom room not provided with kettle, tea and coffee facilities which are really basic requirements in a hotel. Also rooms cleaned everyday but no surfaces wiped or dishes and plates removed.

The property is a older Balinese style Hotel, a smaller than a lot of the others, which we like. The gardens a beautiful and we maintained. The pool is large and good. The staff are very friendly and happy to help when needed. We will stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool is nice. The hotel is close to many good warungs and restaurants, as well as shops, for those who wish to shop.

It is not the hotel's fault that the road to the hotel and Semawang beach, Jalan Kesumasari, has become very busy in recent years. Nor is it the hotel's fault that the recently constructed Holiday Inn next door is visually intrusive.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and remain happy to return. Staff and Rooms are generous and the pool is clean and welcome at the end of the day. A great place to socialize with other guests. This hotel is very close to the beach and our favorite shops and restaurants.

the pillows were a little tired and could do with an update.

Wifi was not so good enough to stream video or Zoom call

Less then half price of the artotel and in many aspects it's better, it has a beautiful garden, good location and a nice pool.

The facilities would require some maintenance - e.g. decalc the shower head? Generally this is a more traditional hotel, which may cater to some, but e.g. i do not need a mini bar full of stuff I do not want so I cannot even put my water bottle in..
