Nice location, very close to the city centre, with all needed amenities in the area. The staff was really nice, had helped us to move from a room to another because of an issue we had with the sound proofing.
The sound proofing isn’t great. Had some problems with the shower, as the water temperature was never great. Not the cleanest part of the city, but not their fault.

The staff were lovely and the location was great. Room was very comfortable and perfect for a holiday getaway.
When we were there, the hotel was still getting finished, so the pool was not opened and it felt like it needed a few finishing touches. I think those would've been finished within a couple of weeks tho.

The staff was very kind and ready to assist as much as they could, especially the young lady in the breakfast and the men in the reception desk. The bus station is about 100 meters and the location is very convenient.

The Staff and the location were the best! the staff is so kindly!
These are small things but I think could help to Make a better stay. The rooms are separated by a door so you listen Everything what the other guest talk, do, listen etc. If you want to eat eggs for breakfast you have to make them yourself. This implies that you have to wait 10 minutes, and then peel them hot, your hands will burn anyway.
