It was clean ,the staff was professional and kind Breakfast was great enven if it was in the center of the party place you could not hear any noise of it .

Thank you for upgrading us to a lovely room on the 9th floor. This was a birthday treat for my partner and we really appreciated the birthday card and the upgrade for this occassion. Thank you for taking care. That little extra always makes a difference. We will be back!

Although we were high up on the 9th floor, it was very noisy outside long into the small hours of the morning....

Everything was perfect, the food the bedroom, the water pressure, the staff were very well dressed and friendly, H Hotel staff called our taxi and waited outside until we got into correct taxi the best service I have ever had from around the world. The interior and exterior of the Hotel was unique. We travelled throughout Malta and was the only Black Marble Hotel on the island,. Best hotel I've been to around the world better than some of the Las Vegas and Dubai Hotels. I liked the no children element as I always travel with kids so it was nice a peaceful. Lots of bars, clubs, and restaurants around next door, party central until 4am. The noise never bothered me. Lots of development around the hotel, thats why the views from bedroom was not great. Will definitely be back for longer next time.

The steps to go up into the hotel were hard with a case, the deposit of 50 euros a night, the price of the little bottles of alcohol in room. We didn't stay long enough to use the facilities of both hotels as it was connected with H Hotel around the corner Breakfast was served in H Hotel, but it was about 100 yards away so not a problem.

Hugo Boutique Hotel, when I was booking a stay I have expected standard room with a bathroom that I got used to in other hotels that I have stayed in, but when I got there, I was astonished! One of the best part of the stay was the reception crew, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Antonella is like working 3 jobs: receptionist, local guide and most positive person that you will met, she pointed us to the best restaurant in the area, best clubs that we spent most of our time, most interesting parts of Malta that we went. I cannot forget about Dobryvoi and Rashyd, that made our stay even better with professional approach and positive attitude. Whatever we asked for it has been done in minutes (extra towels etc.), funny, helpful and talkative. Check – in, 2 -3 minutes and we got our cards to the room, after we entered the room was just WOW, very clean modern bathroom that you don’t want to leave, clean and very comfy beds, full bar, robes, etc… whatever you want you name it, for the price of hostel (we were after season). Enormous lobby with tasty design divided in two parts, I am a smoker so not being forced to go outside was convenient (it is done so well that I can smoke have a beer and don’t bother other guests). 150 whiskeys to choose from in the bar – I have been in heaven! Room service? Lightning fast! The location of the hotel is the best too choose if you want to have a fun time, clubs and restaurants surround it, 100m from a bay and stores. Three words: location, location, location and superb quality / service! The best place to stay in Malta if you want to have fun and eat good food!

In general, the hotel was very nice, although we encountered a small problem on the first day we arrived, Ms. Josefa and Mr. Ali, who were the managers, solved our problem immediately and helped us in every way during our stay. Also, it should not be forgotten that Rachid Bey was definitely a caring and relevant staff member. The staff at the Infinity pool and the room cleaning service were all very nice and respectful people. It will definitely be among the hotels I will go to again.

We think that a little more variety in breakfast would be better in terms of appealing to the citizens of every country.

Design of the room, colors, room was spacious, lobby with beautiful works of art. All receptionist were kind and helpful. ( especially Ben ), delicious breakfast, big and comfortable beds.

Only for info: Downthere is small street with bars, noisy in the night, it was great after the Saturday night to have a hotel room so close. IF is somebody looking for quite place, ask before for room oriented to the other side, even the rooms are soundproofed.

The staff is what makes this hotel extra special. Of course the hotel is a piece of art from top to bottom. There was a minor error with the room but the staff resolved it in a matter of minutes.

I suggest to increase the table size inside the room. As a couple on a business stay we weren't able to work comfortable on a laptop each. I suggest a larger table by the window that can accommodate two people with their own laptop. Or an extra foldable table that can be stowed away or requested from reception. Other than that, everything great

I loved the venue, the smell of the lobby, the esthetics. I loved the communication back and forth from the staff as I tried to organize my engagement and something intimate with my fiancé which is a million times appreciated.

The door wouldn't lock. Sometimes, we had to forcefully close it. The shower seal on the ground wouldn't stop water from reaching the rest of the bathroom. We would have to put a lot of towels on the ground, and they would get soaked trying to stop the water.

the staff in the bar downstairs looked after us lots. rooms amazing! walking distance to beach! walking distance to lots bars and restaurants! great night life! every meal was yum! walking distance to the prettier part of St Julian

very very minor past, the upstairs pool area was a little uncomfortable. I love music and atmosphere but felt you needed to be younger and a size 10 to really feel in place here. also felt the stuff upstairs not as lovely as those in the downstairs bar. it’s also right in the middle of Peaceville with a club behind and lots of gentleman’s clubs. actually not a problem and we always look for good lively nightlife ( we found it here ) but good to note if it’s not your scenes.

Amazing modern hotel with unusual dark decor right in the heart of the most lively part of Malta. The spa downstairs was absolutely amazing, one of the warmest indoor pools I've ever found in Malta, beautifully done out, plus sauna and steam rooms for the guests. We had the hot tub room which was very spacious with a large, warm tub. Good breakfasts and great friendly service from the breakfast staff. We visited in winter so couldn't use the rooftop pool but it did look amazing for the summer.

Be aware that the hotel is on the border with Paceville, which is the nightclub area of Malta. We knew this so expected some noise and a built-up area. Our room had double glazed doors x 2 to block out any noise, which worked fine. If you're looking for somewhere more scenic and peaceful then choose another area.
