Huge venue, lots of activities and the pools were great.

Food, was very little American simple foods. Felt like if we wanted a nice meal it was reserve it 24 hours in advance, the street food section (pizza,burger, chicken, tacos) was good but Hot outside, greasy and felt kind of dirty. The buffets were both international food- which was very random selections, needed to have item names on Everything. Nothing specifically said for allergies either. (Gluten free, nuts, fish, etc) - would be nice to have better color coding on Restaurant Doors. Blue Door for Grand Oasis bands, and a Black Door for black bands. Was very tough to keep looking at the map to see if we could eat at places. Not easy to navigate as Americans.

Grand oasis is a party resort which was perfect for my bachelorette! They have an adults only beach club with great music and pools, and fun activities! I really loved that this resort has an app that you can see all the activities scheduled for each day, and the different bars/clubs you can check out. The beach is nice, had some seaweed but it wasnt too bad. They have a variety of food options and the pools were pretty clean. The check in and check out was smooth. The luggage service was great!

The rooms are pretty outdated and could use some renovations. On the app, you can request for housekeeping or for more towels. Sometimes they do it, sometimes we don't get towels. Its important to note that there are two levels of stay, standard and premium. We did not know that our wristbands were standard and it was a bummer to be rejected in some coffee shops and restaurants. We were limited in a la carte restaurants because we didn't have premium wristbands. It may be worth upgrading for premium!

Our room was great even tho a lizard decided to join us on our last night, gotta watch out for them! Location was great and I loved being able to lounge on the beach cabanas.

The buffet was terrible. But the other restaurants were great. We paid a lot of money to stay here and to not be able to access some bars and restaurants was very frustrating. I think when your at an all inclusive resort you should be able to access all the property amenities.

Really nice public areas/pools. Everything very clean, friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Food was good too

At arrival the additional payment for tourist fees/service fees of 987 MXN (~50 USD) felt a bit expensive compared to other locations When you visit in July/August be prepared for a very hot/humid climate, almost too hot

All the workers was nice and helpful. It was a clean and taken care of. It was a pretty place. There was alot of things to do within the place i liked that.

It said the refrigerator in the room would get restocked but did not but there was enough water throughout the room. I found it difficult to find where and when the restaurants was open but the snack food was good i personally think sighs and times of food wpuld be cool in the rooms or more Advertised

Staff is extrmely friendly. The food was good, bartenders very, very fast and followed any specifics on your drinks. Activities along the days are very good both for family and friends. I've been on 4 all inclusive hotels in cancun (including Hilton and Hardrock) and this one was much better in every aspect.

Plenty of activities during the day, beautiful beaches. See Ignacio at the buffet for eggs made perfectly during your stay such a pleasant interaction each day!!

The few issues we encountered were fixed promptly.

Hotel is very Big, many facilities and entertainment. About the restaurants, all of them are really good, typically food was amazing and the snacks also ok. buffets are very clean and the food is really casual but as good as Mexican kind of. our room in building No. 1 was excellent, very clean and good view, nothing to say about room facilities, as expected. beach clubes are really good. swimming pools clean. Shows and disco are good thing for nights. bartenders are nice. Very fastest check out, good.

as it is very big hotel, feel like personnel does don’t have enough time to attend all guest. F.ex, we tried 3 times request towels service and the person was busy or even was not in place.

Amazing pool, fantastic atmosphere and energy with great night time entertainment. The food was good, particularly the poolside snacks. All the staff were very friendly and we were checked in and out very efficiently. Overall we were blown away with how great Grand Oasis was, it exceeded our expectations completely.

It would be great to be able to see the restaurant menus online so that you can know what is offered before you book.

Attention to keeping the place clean, ongoing maintenance, variety of food outlets, entertainment at multiple venues and overall fun atmosphere.

Having to wait 3 hours to finally get into the specific room that we had booked and being told it was our travel agents fault. We use booking.com and were not told the room wasn't available after messaging the hotel. Queing to reserve a dinner table at the more popular restaurants, the lack of replacement room towels.
